1、法院干警爱岗敬业演讲稿法院干警爱岗敬业演讲稿 大家好，我我演讲的题目是“平凡岗位的的不平凡人生”。第一次见见到_庭长，是在去年院领领导到我家进展政审的时候。当时的我还没有正式成为_法院的一员，她灿烂的笑笑容和爽朗的笑声给我留下了了深入的印象。没有严肃刻板板的冷面孔，让人不由想去亲亲近，感觉像一个大姐姐。当当时就想，假如可以跟着_庭庭长学习一定是一件幸福的事事情。_年11月，我幸幸运地成为了_法院一名干干警。今年3月份，我被安排排到了_法庭，如愿成了_庭长手下的一个小兵。在_法庭工作的这一段时间是是我成长最快的一段时间。_庭长手下做事，才发发现这位大姐姐并不是任何时时候都是和颜悦色的。_庭长是严
2、肃甚至至是有点苛刻的领导。审理案案件时,在每一个环节她始终终严格按照法律规定高标准要要求自己，要求庭室干警。有有点粗心的我有时会犯点小错错，但是_庭长却用她那温顺柔声音对我提出了严厉的批评评“也许你认为这只是一件小小事，但是作为法律的执行者者，我们是维护当事人合法权权益的最后一道防线，我们必必须严谨对待，不能有任何瑕瑕疵”，于是，在以后的工作作中，我总是暗暗提醒自己要要热心，要耐心，更要细心。“一个人的成就，是由于对对他所热衷的学问或事物，时时时刻刻，自然而然的关注所所形成，而并非由于在某段时时间内被迫学习了某些学科”，对自己热爱的事业投之以以努力，就算累也是快乐的。在_庭长的办公桌上，总是是
3、堆满了大量法律书籍。在11990年，_庭长以全国法法院系统第一名的考试成绩被被北京政法学院择优录取，但但是由于诸多原因，最终未能能踏上北上的求学之路。但是是_庭长始终不曾放弃自己对对法律的热爱，对法律知识的的学习，对于新公布的法条，最高院的司法解释，她总是是第一时间进展理解并仔细研研读。_庭长对我说，“年轻轻人要坚持面对当事人的时候，_庭庭长是一心为民的法官。面对对每一个案件，每一个当事人人，不管标的大小，事情的轻轻重，_庭长总是耐心的进展行调解，不曾抱怨过一句话。有时为了化解矛盾，她徒步步走到偏远的乡村，爬上高高高的大山，跨过湍急的溪流，理解民意，抓住矛盾的焦点点进展调解，最终顺利解决纷纷争
4、。_年9月，_法法庭在奎溪镇进展巡回办案，在审理原告龚某与被告邓某某离婚纠纷一案时，原、被告告双方已达成离婚协议，只等等在协议上签字，送达调解书书，案件就结束，但细心的_庭长在交谈过程中，发现夫夫妻感情并未完全破裂，只是是双方存在太多的误会，虽达达成协议，但是实际上是在赌赌气，为挽救这个家庭，_庭庭长分头反反复复做当事人的的劝解工作，动之以情晓之以以理，耐心的进展输导，当事事人最终原谅了对方，共同搂搂着孩子，共撑着一把雨伞，幸福地回家了。_庭长的调解率始终名列列前茅，历年来她所承办的案案件无一错案。在2022年年、2022年、_年_庭庭长连续三年被法院评为优岗岗。_年被记三等功一次。面对这些荣
5、誉，_庭长只是是置之一笑。_庭庭长是细心、仁慈、爽朗的大大姐姐。下班的时候，庭长办办公室外面的窗台上，总会看看到许多用过的一次性杯子，开场不知道是谁、为什么放放在那里，有点傻的我将这些些杯子全部扔进了垃圾桶，后后来才知道有一位靠收废品谋谋生的老人每天都会到这里将将杯子收走，于是我也开场将将用过的杯子放在窗台。有时时候，有些当事人误解法庭的的工作，不理解、不配合，甚甚至还扬言要报复，此时的_庭长不卑不亢，不急不躁，耐心的向当事人解释，从而而消除矛盾。_庭长总是说法法庭的工作比拟繁琐，但是我我们面对这些繁琐事情必须保保持一颗严谨、宽容的心，平平和对待。2个月了，然而，就是是这短短的两个月，在与_庭
6、庭长的相处中，我耳濡目染，看到她对法律的不断追求，对当事人的热心调解，对工工作的无私奉献，对同事的无无限关心，_庭长使我明白了了，法律不仅仅是大学教师教教授的法律理论知识，法律是是正义、是公平、是公正，是是维护当事人合法权益的最后后一道屏障，是社会秩序稳定定的基石。只有在这平凡的岗岗位上保持着一颗爱法、爱民民的心，为自己所热爱的事业业努力奋斗，才可以为自己平平淡的人生添加上绚丽的色彩彩，使自己平凡的人生变得不不再平凡。education on Party membersapos;advancement activities and enhance awareness of the munist
