1、Technical Instruction of AOPAOP技术说明Advanced oxidation process based on ozone (AOP) is a technology introduced from abroad by LASON company. This technology can improve the efficiency of ozone to more than 95% in the reaction process through the special structure design of the ozone addition, gas-liq

2、uid mixing and the core reactor. Compared to the common ozonization technology, our AOP increases the treating effect and decreases the operating costs.AOP (臭氧)技术是蓝必盛公司从国外引进的一项高级氧化技术,该技术通 过对臭氧投加方式、气液混合结构、核心反应器进行独特的结构设计,使反应过 程中的臭氧利用率提高到95%以上,相对于常规臭氧氧化技术降低了运行成本, 同时大大提高了处理效果。Ozone is used as oxidant in

3、 the AOP, which can directly oxide the organics in the wastewater; on the other hand, with the addition of H 2O2 as catalyst, a lot of hydroxyl radical(*OH) is produced in the reactor. In the function of* OH, the organics in the wastewater which are recalcitrant can be oxidized. As a result, the con

4、centration of the pollutants in wastewater is low enough to be let out, making the efficient treatment of waste water come true.AOP (臭氧)技术利用臭氧作为氧化剂,一方面氧化废水中可以被臭氧直接 氧化的有机物;另一方面在H2O2的参与及催化作用下,反应器中产生大量的羟 基自由基,对废水中的难生物降解有机物进行氧化处理,减少了废水中有机污染 物的浓度,实现废水的高效处理,促使出水达标排放。Technical FeaturesSupercavity flow is m

5、ade by the jet actuator installed in the wastewater pipeline, and then flow into the high speed rotary mixer which will generate turbulent flow to distribute the ozone smaller and more evenly, so that the mass transfer efficiency will be improved. In the core reactor, the cavity will be annihilated

At the same time, the high temperature and pressure generated during the cavity annihilation will directly act on the organic materials around the cavity to make them splitting decomposition. Obviously, it will act on the ozone to generate OH as well.一、技术特点在废水输送管道中,使用射

7、流器制造超空泡流,使用高速旋转混合器产生高 速喷射流、冲击波、湍流等促使臭氧更小更多更均匀的分散,提高传质效率。在 核心反应器中,独特的结构设计促进空泡湮灭,空泡溃灭产生的高温高压可直接 作用于空泡周围的有机物质,对其进行裂解处理。当然,也会作用于臭氧,诱导 产生羟基自由基。OsTechnical Advantages(1) The reaction in AOP is faster, more efficient and non-selective. It can make the organics mineralized in short time. So that the COD in

8、the effluent can meet the first level standard of the new national emission standards (COD50mg/L) or meet the request of the reuse of circulating water. The cost of treating a tone of wastewater is low (12kg O3/kg COD).二、技术优势(1) AOP (臭氧)技术反应快速、高效、无选择性,能在短时间内实现对 有机质的快速矿化,出水COD达到国家一级排放新标准(COD50mg/L)或循

10、h is 40% higher compared to the traditional ozone-catalyzed oxidation technology.(3) AOP(臭氧)技术对氧化剂利用率达95%以上,相比传统臭氧催化氧 化技术提高了 40%以上;(4) In the reaction system, ozone and hydrogen peroxide will form a double oxidation reaction mode. In the system of O 3/H2O2, the two different strong oxidants interact

11、 with each other and promote each other. The conjugated groups of H 2O2 can accelerate the decomposition of ozone to produce more OH which dominates the oxidation reaction. Compared to the oxidation of ozone only, the oxidation of organics is more thoroughly and the degradation rate of organics is g

12、reatly improved, so that the whole oxidation reaction rate is improved.(4) 反应系统中过氧化氢和臭氧形成双氧化反应模式,在O3/H2O2体系中, 两种不同的强氧化剂相互作用相互促进,h2o2的共轭基能加速臭氧分解产生更 多的羟基自由基,在氧化中起主导作用,相比单独的臭氧氧化,有机物的降解速 率大大提高,使得整个氧化反应速率得到提高,对有机物的氧化进行的比较彻底;(5) The whole reaction is proceeded at normal pressure and temperature. The whole

13、 device is in the form of integrated equipment with small volume and light weight. It adopts the automatic control mode and requires only a flat site on the construction site. 14、模式,操作简便, 自动化程度高。AOP can efficiently treat the particular pollutants such as formaldehyde, volatile phenol, aniline, nitrobenzene, etc. It can replace the current conventional ozone oxidation and ozone catalyzed oxidation technology which have low utilization rate of ozone. At the same time, our AOP

15、is a kind of wastewater treatment which is widely applied in advanced oxidation. Especially for the upgrading of the wastewater treatment, it has a good effect. Also, it can be widely used in the biochemical effluent, the upgrading of chemical industry park and the tertiary treatment of sewage.该技术可以
