3、的基础体系，是促进港口不断完善的重要因素之一。港口集疏运体系主要由公路、铁路、水运、航空、管道等五种基本运输方式以及相应的站场交接组成，是港口货物集输运的重要承担者，连接着港口及其经济腹地。近年来，随着港口业务的快速发展，码头吞吐量的不断增加，一方面，对港口基础设备设施以及技术管理水平提出了更高的要求，同时另一方面，对港口集疏运体系更深层次的加强和完善提出了巨大的挑战。广州港濒临南海，毗邻香港和澳门，与深圳以及珠海经济特区相邻，既是华南地区最大的国际贸易港，又是珠江三角洲水陆运输枢纽和水网运输中心；港口交通便利，经济腹地辽阔，是珠江三角洲乃至中南、西南、赣南等地区物资的主要集散地，便利的海陆空
4、交通，使其成为上述地区客、货运的集散中心，担负着国内外贸易物资的转口任务。本文首先在认真梳理国内外主要港口集疏运体系现状及发展规律的基础上，介绍了广州港自身条件及经济腹地的经济、交通现状，以及广州港未来铁路集疏运发展规划等，结合广州港历年吞吐量、铁路集疏运能力的资料与数据，阐述了港口集疏运体系以及港口铁路集疏运的定义、组成、功能、特征等基本概念。其次，采用文献研究法、实地调查的方法，在收集铁路集疏运能力的资料与数据的基础上，实地调研广州港以及与之接轨的疏港铁路专用线线路、轨道、站场、机务设备设施、通讯信号、装卸设备设施等集疏运系统的布局，并对其进行整理分析；结合广州港疏港铁路生产运营的日常流程
5、以及相关作业计划的制定，通过定量分析法和定性分析法的结合，分析并计算出广州港铁路现有区间、车站、机务设备、装卸线等的疏运能力；分析出当前广州港铁路专用线在基础建设、运营管理和运输组织等方面存在的问题和不足。最后，根据“木桶理论”的短板效应，在综合分析区间、车站、机务设备、装卸线等疏运能力的基础上，得出广州港铁路集疏运能力评估结果，提出提高集疏运能力的措施建议，为今后规划和改造疏港铁路提供科学的参考依据，研究成果具有重要的现实意义和理论价值。关键词：港口集疏运体系，运输能力，疏港铁路，扩能方案AbstractIn the modern economic system, the developme
6、nt of port economy has gradually played a decisive role in the world economy. As one of the most important system in port system, collecting and distributing system is the basic system to support the survival and development of the port, which is one of the important factors promoting the ports cont
7、inuous improvement. Port transportation system is mainly composed of highway, railway, water transport, air transport, pipeline and the corresponding transfer station, which is an important undertaker of port cargo in transport and connect the port to its hinterland. In recent years, with the rapid
8、development of port operations, terminal throughput is increasing. On the one hand, higher requirements are attached to port facilities equipment and technical management level ; on the other hand, it is a big challenge to develope transportation system more strong and perfect. The port of Guangzhou
9、 is close to the South China Sea and adjacent to Hongkong and Macao.the Shenzhen and Zhuhai special economic zone are next to it. It is not only the largest international trade port, but also the Pearl River Delta water transport hub and water transportation center. For port convenient transportatio
10、n andvast economic hinterland, The port of Guangzhou is the main material distributing center of the Pearl River Delta and the Central South, southwest, South Jiangxi area. Convenient land and sea traffic make the port of Guangzhou to be the distribution center area of passenger and cargo.Whats more
11、, it is charged with the task of transiting domestic and foreign trade goods.At first, according to the collecting and distributing system status and development of the main ports in the combing seriously at home and abroad, the paper introduced the port of Guangzhous own conditions, economic and tr
12、affic situation of economic hinterland and the future of railway transportation development plan. Reffer to the railway transportation ability and the Guangzhou ports information and data throughput with over the years, the paper expounded the basic definition of the port collecting and distributing
13、 system and the port railway transportation systems composition, function and characteristics.Secondly, by using the method of literature research method, to investigate Guangzhou port and port special railway line, in line with track, stations, maintenance facilities, communication signal, loading
14、and unloading equipment facilities, collecting and distribution system layout which are on the basis of collect and distribute capacity in the collection of field research on the railway. And the investigation results will be reorganized and analyzed. By combining quantitative analysis and qualitati
15、ve analysis, combined to formulate a daily process of Guangzhou Hong Kong port railway production and operation of the relevant work plan, the paper analyzed and calculated the Guangzhou port railway station, the existing interval, maintenance equipment, loading and unloading lines and other transport capacity. And also the paper analyzed the current Guangzhou port railway the line in the problems and deficiencies of infrastructure construction, operation management and transportation organization etc.Final
