6、every construction phase undertaken by the project department for Nanhai Llpetrochemicals project of GCCCC. 1.3定义 Definition1.3.1采购文件有合同约束力的文件（合同、意向书、技术规格书、图纸、工作任务书和采购定单）。所有接收的材料必须满足要求。Purchase/procurement document: documents (i.e. Contract, letter of intention, technical specification, Drawing, wor
7、k task letter and purchase requisition) have contractual power to ascertain all the delivered. Materials must meet the requirements.1.3.2合格证-所有工程材料、设备等进入施工现场前，均应提供产品出厂合格证。Certificate: Before being carried into the construction site, all engineering materials and equipment should be provided with a f
8、actory certificate.1.3.3质量证明文件-质量证明文件包括但不限于：材料、设备生产厂质量部门出具的质量检验报告原件、技术资料、重要部位原材料还应提供物理、化学性能检验报告Document of quality certification: The document of quality certification includes but not limit to the original copy of quality inspection report and technical information provided by the quality control d

10、one of the followings occurs:与设计图纸不符；Inconsistent with the design drawings;质量证明文件不全；Certification is not enough;施工偏差超过施工验收规范要求；The deviation in the construction exceeds the requirement of the specifications of inspection and acceptance of construction;质量缺陷造成使用性能降低；Service performance is deteriorated
