1、题 目：自动制袋机的设计姓名班级学号指导教师摘要摘要随着我国加入WTO,塑料软包装行业正在向全球化方向发展。国内人民生活水平的提 高，也给塑料软包装行业带来了无限商机。塑料软包装制袋机也随之蓬勃发展。塑料袋是 人们日常生活中,最为常用的工具,消耗量非常大,可以说方便袋在人们的生活中无处不 在。从19世纪50年代,英国人帕克斯发明并制造了第一个塑料袋之后,塑料袋就占据了 不可替代的地位。例如：超市、商店、工厂、饭店等等,已经涉及到不同的领域。国产制 袋机结合国内市场需要,充分考虑用户的具体情况,适应用户的不同需求,设计开发出一 种多功能全自动的制袋机。通过该课题的研发工作,使学生能够正确运用所学
2、课程的基本 理论和有关知识,学会设计方案的拟定、比较、分析及进行必要的计算, 提高学生应用工 程技术设计手册、标准以及编写文件的能力。在这样的背景下,本次毕业设计针对塑料制 品加工的这个主题，参考各种设备资料，并利用AUTOCAD等现代工具软件，进行了塑料印 刷生产线中的全自动制袋机的设计,其技术指标达到较高的生产率和的分选精度。相比起 传统印刷方法，这种基于纵封原理进行作业的塑料加工机器在机械化、加工精度以及自动 化程度等方面都大大提升。从而极大地提高了塑料精加工产品的产量和质量。本设计是全自动制袋机的一部分。全自动制袋机是服务于包装行业的一种制袋设备。现 在市面上主要有以下几种制袋机：1
