5、s432.9 Security Profile43Section One DI Sending and Receiving Service1 Introduction本局部主要是介绍NEUSOFT PACSRIS 2.1 产品里的预处理系统(DI网关)在存储方面的特色和一些DI说明。一致性说明的标准格式在DI标准的第二局部有详细的介绍。阅读此说明时请参考DI 3.0协议的第二局部Conformance。This section of the DI Conformance Statement specifies the pliance to DI conformance requirements
6、 and features of storage for the for DI Gateway on this Neusoft Pacs product. Note that the format of this section strictly follows the format defined in DI Standard PS 3.2 (Conformance). Please refer to that part of the standard while reading this section.DI网关从影像设备里接收图像然后保存在PACS数据库里，以便医生用来诊断和重新读片、写
7、报告。Server利用DI3.0服务来接收、发送图像从一个地方到另外一个地方。并且可以为其他的客户端提供Query/Retrieve服务。The DI Geteway receive images from medical devices and then save them to the database so the doctor can diagnosis, review and do report easily. The server use DI 3.0 service to receive and send images from one place to the other, a
8、nd also provide Query/Retrieve service for the other client.DI网关严格按照DI3.0标准创建信息实体和与影像设备进展通信。本一致性说明参考了DI3.0标准的第四、六、十一局部。The DI Geteway create information entity and municate with the image device according to the DI3.0 standard. 10、DI Gateway Application Entity (AE) is an application which handles DI protocol munication. The Application Entity (AE) is automatically brought up when the The DI Gateway is powered on.DI网关将响应如下实体行为：The Di Gateway is invoked by the following Real World Activities:l 传输患者信息检查信息序列信息图像到远程服务器。对于这个操作，用户利用
11、NEUSOFT PACS/RIS 2.1 的影像诊断系统的发送功能来完成或由DI网关匹配信息传回正确的信息。用户可以从已有的医疗影像里选择一幅或多幅图像发送到指定的设备里。也可以存储到别的PACS服务器里。视用户在影像诊断系统里的设置所定。Transmit Patients/Studies/Series/Images to the Remote HostFor this operation, user can use the sending function of the PACS to fulfill it or send back information by the Di Gateway

User can select one or several images from the medical images which were already have and send them to the specific devices or save to the other PACS server according to the presetting of the system在可视的消息窗口里我们可以看到DI网关接收的状态。We can see the receiving status of the Di Geateway fro
13、m the visual message window:l Image Sended发送图像到DI网关。这里DI网关接收到请求，然后匹配患者、检查等再发送到自己所设置的PACS服务器里。我们可以可视化的界面窗口里看到整个接收的过程。Image Sended send images to the Di GatewayAfter the Di Gateway have received requestion, it will match informations such as patients and studies and then send them to the PACS sever wh
14、ich has presetted by ourselves. We can see the receiving statue from the visual interface window.l Query/Retrieve在这里，操作者查询远程服务器来获得一系列的患者、检查、序列、图像信息。如果我们能够看到显示的信息在我们的结果里，那么就可以从远程服务器里取得DI 网关支持的DI SOP类相应的信息。For this operation, the operator queries a remote database to obtain a list of data at Patient/S
15、tudy/Series/Image. Once the remote browser is displayed, the operator can retrieve the relative information of the SOP Classes supported by the Di Gateway from the remote server.2.2 Functional definitions of AEDI网关建立如下操作：访问数据库里的患者和图像信息。建立一个DI格式的数据集。 通过发送符合DI3.0标准的SOP类来与远程的DI服务AE建立一个联合。建立一个联合来取得远程的患者信息。建立一个联合来以便从远程服务器那里取得图像到DI网关。The Di Gateway initiate the following operations:Access to patient demographics and pixel data in the database.Build a DI format data set.Initiate a DI association to send DI SOP Classes to
