6、本合同受中国法律管辖，并按中国法律解释。Inprocessingtransactions,themanufacturersshallneverhavetitleeithertothematerialsorthefinishedproducts.加工贸易中，厂方无论是对原料还是成品都无所有权。TheAppendixheretoshall,throughthecontractperiod,bedeemedtobeconstruedasanintegralpartofthisContract.整个合同期间，本合同附件应理解为合同不可分割的一部分。TheCompanyherebyreleasesand

9、dedforaperiodequaltotheaffectofthosecauses.在合同期间的任何时候，合同任一方，由于受到战争、严重火灾、洪水、台风和地震等不可抗力事件的影响而不能履行合同时，合同履行期应予延长，延长期限相当于事件影响的时间。Inthiscase,PartyBshallrefundtoPartyAtheamountwhichPartyAhaspaidtoPartyBplustherelatedinterestattherateof10%peryearimmediately,butinnocaseshallsuchrefundingbyPartyBexceeds30days

15、xtendtheExpirationdatetosuchdateasisreasonableinthecircumstancesifanyoftheconditionsprecedentreferredtoinArticle2.1isnotsatisfiedorwaivedonorbeforetheExpirationDate,anysuchagreementorwaivertobeinwriting.尽管有本合同第二条第二款规定，如上述第二条第一款规定的先决条件在合同期满日之前既未实现又未放弃，合同各方亦可根据具体情况，约定合理延长合同的期满日。Exceptasotherwiseprovid
