13、工程，老年公寓需要进行扩建，根据春晓镇政府提供的扩建方案，需要将现有山坡进行开挖，整体开挖至标高46m。拟开挖山体主要由粘土构成，山上毛竹茂密，植被良好。二、气候、地形、地质条件（一）环境气候条件该处所在区域属北亚热带湿润季风气候区，年平均气温16.2，主要雨季出现在36月（即春雨连梅雨，月雨日普遍超过半个月）和8月9月（即台风雨和秋雨，月雨日普遍超过半个月）。（二）地形地貌该处场地东侧、南侧均为耕地，分布有大量的人工植被，西侧为建设单位已建一期老年公寓，北侧为山坡坡脚，山坡上分布有大量的植被（毛竹），植被茂密，场地现状较稳定。场地地势局部起伏较大，整体呈北高东低，北部标高一般在4850m，南
14、部标高一般在47m左右。地貌成因属于浙东南沿海低丘陵区残积地貌，覆盖层主要为第四纪残坡积松散堆积物。（三）地质根据宁波市北仑区建筑设计研究院提供的北仑区春晓镇老年公寓岩土工程勘察报告（详细勘察）报告，老年公寓位于东南沿海断皱带，场地勘探深度范围内的地基土划分为3个工程地质层，共6个亚层。地质报告指出在场地处于低山山坡坡脚附近，拟建单身公寓中部分分布有一东西向悬坡低边坡，悬坡在兴建春晓镇老年公寓（一期）就已经形成，暂未采取任何支护处理措施，暂未发现滑坡、崩塌现象，目前稳定性良好。经现场调查，发现坡体后缘有一条东西走向的土沟，经仔细分析辨认，该土沟形成年代较为久远，附近居民反映并无滑动迹象，土坡周
15、围及顶部并无裂缝，而且山坡毛竹均直立挺拔，可排除滑坡因素，但考虑到山坡排水需要，需要将土沟回填。三、设计方案根据地质情况与现场踏勘，项目组分析认为山坡主要为土质边坡，二期坡度较缓，现状坡度为1520左右，采用重力式挡墙较为合适，考虑到山坡土质较为疏松，渗流量较大，增加挡墙断面尺寸的同时，增加挡墙内排水管数量，适当调整安全距离并且坡面按照1：1.5坡率放坡。设计方案为：（1）坡脚位置距离3#宿舍楼建筑4m作为安全距离，由于门球场坡高最高，若安全距离较大时，开挖增加量会很多，而且门球场位置建筑较少，安全距离设置为2m。（2）将开挖范围分为A、B、C三段，见下图。防护区段图其中最高坡高位于开挖范围西
16、北侧即B段，垂直开挖8m左右，设计方案采用仰斜式挡墙防护，见下图。挡墙B段设计4m高，A、C两段由4m向两侧低处过渡，逐渐过渡至2m高，挡墙上侧采用1:1.5坡率放坡，坡面植草防护，防止冲刷，挡墙内设置UPVC排水管，防护形式见下图。边坡挡墙设计图（3）坡顶3m外设置截水沟，坡脚处设置排水沟。（4）挡土墙前为排水方便，采用10cm厚C20水泥砼硬化。（5）B段坡顶土沟回填。四、施工技术要求（一）边坡开挖1、在边坡工程施工前，应对施工中的施工方法、施工工艺程序、劳动力组织和安全质量管理给出详细的设计，并制订相应的施工方案。2、施工放线测量边坡开挖施工之前，要求按照设计图纸严格测放边坡顶线及截排水沟位置；由于坡体地形的复杂性和前期测设工作的困难因素，难免存在一定的差异和变形，如发现坡级差异，应及时与设计联系，以便进行必要的设计补充完善或修正变更。3、土石方工程施工边坡土石方开挖施工要求严格按照
