2、段”。,并且在分段母线上安装备用电源自动投入装置,使两台变压器互为备用,从而使整个供电系统更具有其可靠性和灵活性。为适应冶金企业用电负荷变化大、自然功率因数低的特点,本设计中采用6KV母线上安装补偿电容器进行集中无功补偿的方式,提高工厂功率因数,以减少供电系统的电能损耗和电压损失,同时提高了供电电压的质量。文中对主接线的选择、高压设备的选择、负荷计算、短路电流计算,各种继电保护选择和整定计算皆有详细的说明。特别对主接线的选择,变压器的选择,还有一些电气设备如断路器、电流互感器、电压互感器等的选择校验作了详细的说明和分析。其中还对变电所的主接线,平面布置,高低压侧的一些保护装置等通过CAD制图直

3、观的展现出来。本次设计的内容紧密结合实际,通过查找大量相关资料,设计出符合当前要求的变电所。设计中除采用了一些固定方式的保护和常规保护外,还引入自动控制思想,通过电力监控综合自动化系统,可以使变电站内值班人员或调度中心的人员及时掌握变电所的运行情况,直接对设备进行操作,及时了解故障情况,并迅速进行处理,达到供电系统的管理科学化、规范化、并且还可以做到与其他自动化系统互换数据,充分发挥整体优势,进行全系统的信息综合管理。通过本次设计,使我对电气工程及其自动化专业的主干课程有一个较为全面,系统的掌握,增强了理论联系实际的能力,提高了工程意识,锻炼了我独立分析和解决电力工程设计问题的能力,为未来的实

9、educe the loss of electric energy by improving the natural power actor of supply network in Metallurgical Enterprise.It discusses the choice of main wiring, high pressure equipment and all kinds of the protection of relay, the calculation of load, short current and so on in detail, especially, the c

It shows main wiring of substation, the distribution of plane and some protection equipment of high and low Voltage by the graphics of CAD.This design is closely related to reality in o

15、 方泽川 7指导老师:王筱珍第1章 绪论电是最基本的能源,不仅人民生活需要电,企业生产需要电,整个人类社会的进步更需要电。今天,我国经济高速发展,我们整个生活、生产乃至社会将进入电气化的新时代,电能已成为工业、农业、交通运输、国防科技及人民生活等各方面不可缺少的能源。电力工业的发展水平,是一个国家经济发达程度的重要标志。电力工业必须优先于其它工业的发展而发展,其建设和发展的速度必须高于国民经济生产总值的增长速度,只有这样,国民经济各部门才能够快速而稳定地发展。我国的电力工业已居世界前列,但与发达国家相比还是有一定的差距,我们人均电量水平还很低,电力工业分布也不均匀,还不能满足国民经济发展的需要。电力市场还未完善,管理水平、技术水平都有待提高。为了使我国电力工业赶上世界电力技术的发展水平,从21世纪一开始,我国就进一步加强在电网安全、稳定、经济运行、电力系统的自动化调度与管理、电力通信、网络技术、继电保护等领域开展研究,尤其注意完善电力市场,研究电力市场的技术支持系统,促进我们的电力工业不断前进。工厂供电就是指工厂所需电能的供应和分配。我们知道,电能是现代工业生产的主要能源和动力,工业生产应用电能和实现电气化以后,能大大增加产量,提高产品质量,提高劳动生产率,降低生产成本,减轻工人的劳动强,改善工人的劳动条件,有利于实现生产过程自动化。但是,工厂的电能供应如果突然中断,
