11、ting, the way we take surveys solicited a views, combed, related to team building回旋钻机施工安全技术交底承包人：中煤第三建设（集团）有限责任公司合同号：.NO3.2交底部门：工程部、安全办工程名称或桩号：桥梁工程交底项目：桩基施工交 底内容交底内容：一、目的明确回旋钻钻孔桩施工作业的工艺流程、操作要点和相应的工艺标准，指导、规范桩基作业施工。二、钻孔方式本标段全部采用回旋钻孔方式，钻机采用GPS-20。四、施工方法及工艺要求4.1钻孔灌注桩工程概况 地下水的类型及赋存条件桥址处沿线为广阔的平原，仅在外围零星分布有
12、岛状残丘，第四系厚度大。可将沿线地下水划分为松散岩类孔隙水、碎屑岩类裂隙孔隙水、碳酸盐类裂隙岩溶水三类。根据区域分析资料，地表水和地下水对混凝土无腐蚀性，地表水可直接作为工程用水不良地质条件根据综合工程地质测绘、野外钻探和室内分析研究，区内不良地质和特殊性岩土分布范围均不广泛。不良地质现象主要为地面沉降、岩溶和地震液化，特殊性岩土主要有高液限土、膨胀土和软（弱）土。工程范围及数量全线钻孔灌注桩共计40根，均为摩擦桩，桩径为1.2 m。工艺流程钻孔灌注桩施工区域均为旱地施工区域，钻孔灌注桩施工工艺流程图见图4.1图4.1-1 旱地钻孔灌注桩施工工艺流程图4.2准备工作 (1)旱地施工作业区域施工
13、准备场地平整：钻孔场地应清除杂物、换除软土、平整压实。泥浆池设置：泥浆池包括沉淀池和循环池，开挖尺寸统一为66m，开挖深度原则上不应超过地下水位线，开挖余方宜堆在坑口，人工配合修筑呈梯形，高度不大于1米，顶宽为1米，泥浆池内侧敷设塑料膜，防止污染地下水，坑口外侧采用红白相间（20cm）脚手架钢管安设1.2m高围栏，围栏立柱间距不大于2.0m，横栏2道间距0.6m，内侧满挂米目网，便道一侧悬挂标准（止步、坠落、深池）警示标志。A、泥浆指标根据该桥位处的地质情况，泥浆性能指标按一般地层要求配制，相对密度1.051.15、粘度1622s、胶体率95%、含砂率4%、酸碱度PH 6.5。钻孔过程中应始终
14、使护筒内泥浆水头高度保持在1.52.0m。B、泥浆的配制钻孔施工的成败关键是泥浆的配制，泥浆性能对成孔至关重要。施工中要经常测定泥浆各项指标并及时调整泥浆性能达到标准要求，确保其良好的护壁性能，以保证桩基施工顺利进行。钻孔泥浆使用原地井水，经过取样试验，该区域的井水均可以用作钻孔施工用水。根据地质情况，控制泥浆比重在1.101.15左右，根据实际情况可予以适当调整。C、旋挖钻孔泥浆循环系统布置泥浆循环系统由循环池、泥浆泵、沉淀池、进出泥浆槽等组成，沉淀池和泥浆池，用沟槽连接。钻孔时用空压机将孔内泥浆携带钻渣吸出并排入沉淀池沉淀，及时将钻渣清理，净化后的泥浆流至储浆池再经沟槽或泥浆泵再循环入孔内
15、。以此循环自始至终，直到钻孔完毕。循环系统示意图见图4-1所示：图4-1旋挖钻孔泥浆池布置示意图泥浆排放为保护环境不受污染，泥浆池要合理设置，泥浆池尽量集中设置，避免四处漫溢，泥浆沉渣必须运到指定的合适位置排弃，保证施工现场环境不受污染。在陆地上指定废弃位置开挖一大型钻渣排放池，配置2台泥浆输送车，将泥浆运送至泥浆排放池。4.3钻机布设及就位 钻机正确就位，钻机顶部的起吊滑轮缘、转盘中心（钻杆中心）和设计桩中心三者应在同一铅垂线上，其偏差不大于2cm。钻机调整就位后，需牢固固定钻机以避免在钻孔过程中因钻机的振动而影响钻杆垂直度和平面位置，从而造成成孔位置、孔形、倾斜度不满足设计要求。同时在成孔过程中现场技术人员必须经常检查钻杆的垂直度和平面位置是否发生变化，钻机有无沉降现象，不符合要求及时进行调整，并对底部采取垫枕木等加固措施，避免钻机在成孔过程发生位移和沉陷以及倾斜，确保基桩成孔质量。4.4钻进 钻孔前，应绘制钻孔地质剖面图，以便按不同土层选用适当钻进压力、钻进速度和泥浆性能指标。当钻机就位并复检后，进行钻机调试并制作一定数量的合格泥浆，启动泥浆泵转盘，待泥浆形成循环后方可开始进尺。
