15、股)公司兴建,上海众鑫建筑设计研究院有限公司设计,浙江省工程勘察院上海分院勘察,实行建设监理制。三期1标拟建物建筑面积共92459.7;地上建筑面积为77479.24,地下室均为一层,地下建筑面积14980.36。主要包括:7幢18层高层住宅(A3A6,A8A10楼),均为剪力墙结构;3幢9层住宅(A1、A2、A7楼),均为剪力墙结构;1幢2层商业(C1楼),框架结构;1座门卫、2座电站(D3、D4)等附属配套建筑,均为单层框架结构,1座外扩地下车库,地下一层。本标段地下室车库与2标段地下车库的划分以18轴为分界线,18轴以西为本标段,18轴以东为2标段施工范围。本工程高层住宅楼为二类高层,耐火等级为二级,住宅楼地下室及地下车库耐火等级为一级,9层住宅楼耐火等级为二级,商业配套公建耐火等级为二级。本工程抗震设防烈度为7度。地下车库及住宅地下室防水等级为二级,电气设备用房防水等级为一级,住宅楼屋面防水等级为二级,地下车库顶板防水等级为一级,其他屋面防水等级为三级。由上海市浦东土地控股(集团)公司兴建,上海众鑫建筑设计研究院有限公司设计,浙江省工程勘察院上海分院勘察,上海住总海外建设工程有限公司总承包施工。本工程0.00标高相当于绝对高程5.50m(A3、A4、A5、A6、A8、A9、A10号楼A1、A2号楼5.05m),结构形式为剪力墙结构,基
