2、20头/平方米。在虫卵孵化期由于牧区降雨分布不均，造成虫害分布不均匀，为此，我们因地制宜，在乌拉特前旗、乌拉特中旗、乌拉特后旗针对虫龄不整齐，高密度发生区面积小、不连片而且集中在山地草场等特点，开展人工防治；而在磴口县以柠条锦鸡儿为主的灌木草场上开展飞机防治。在市、旗两级草原站及虫害发生区苏木镇干部群众的共同努力下，先后抽调科技人员25人，投入劳力1698人次，背负式喷雾器90台套，车辆13辆，共完成防治面积万亩，其中飞机防治万亩、人工防治万亩。二、采取的主要措施1、加强组织领导。针对去年冬季和今年春季草原虫卵调查情况，市草原防虫灭虫指挥部对牧区四个旗县就害虫监测时间、监测地点、监测内容等做了
3、统一安排部署，并强调要强化领导、精心组织、落实责任，确保草原虫害防治工作有条不紊的进行。2、强化预测预报，落实监测责任制。按照内蒙古自治区草原站内草发20xx7号“关于开展春季草原虫害(蝗卵)调查的通知”，市旗两级草原站及时开展调查工作。全市共设样地38个，样方个，并详细记录样地(方)设立日期、面积、编号，行政编码，地点名称、坐标、高程，土壤质地、类型、外貌特征，草场类型，主要植物，指示植物，载畜量，害虫种类，天敌种类等基础信息。根据调查结果显示：20xx年我市天然草原平均每平方米的卵块数为块，卵粒数为24个，越冬后活卵率为，卵粒寄生率为，卵块捕食率为。预测：如果温湿条件适宜，发生面积为650
4、万亩，平均密度为19头/平方米，重度危害面积为225万亩。根据预测预报结果，从4月10日开始，进入实际监测阶段，责成专人负责监测上报；从6月份开始安排专人实行虫害情况定期报告和值班制度，一般情况每三天上报一次，重大灾情立即上报。为防治工作提供了决策依据。3、启动虫害防治应急预案。根据*市虫害发生地区的实际情况，启动三套防治方案，即人工、机械和飞机防治方案，重点以飞机防治为主，人工和机械防治为辅，为及时开展防治工作做好准备。4、及时开展防治工作。4月18日，磴口县上报20xx年第一例虫情报告后，市草原站立即组织科技人员到实地调查，及时向市政府和自治区草原站上报。市政府高度重视，带领市农牧业局、市
5、草原站有关人员专题向自治区农牧业厅进行了汇报，得到自治区农牧业厅的大力支持，自治区草原站有关人员先后到我市视察虫情，对防虫工作提出指导性意见，确保了我市灭虫工作顺利开展。6月13日与鄂尔多斯航空公司签定了飞机灭虫协议，6月27日成功调机。由于连续下雨，飞防工作从7月2日开始，7月8日结束。乌前旗、乌中旗、乌后旗6月26日开始人工防治，7月31日结束。5、加强灭效调查。防治区域由专人负责进行灭效调查，通过走访和样方调查，对防治前和防治后的虫口密度及药品的残留时间、喷药后3-7天内的中毒情况进行详细调查，根据调查灭效达到95以上。三、存在的主要问题20xx、20xx、20xx年牧区四个旗县的害虫主
