1、摘要ZJ70是属于超深井钻机,本文的主要任务是完成ZJ70综合设计计算首先通过对钻机原理的深入了解之后拟订钻机的传动图,然后由传动图的整个传动链选择重要设备并计算出具体的参数,根据具体的参数在选用具体的型号。通过选择的设备计算绞车输入轴和滚筒轴的转速绘制出绞车传动图。再由转速图计算出滚筒转速与大钩提升速度的关系绘制出大钩曲线。再由快绳拉力来计算刹车的最大制动力矩,然后由最大制动力矩计算出每个刹车块所承受的力矩,然后通过摩擦材料的许用压强来验算刹车盘直径确定的正确完成进而完成刹车系统的设计。由快绳拉力计算出滚筒轴两端的最小直径,最后通过结构设计来完成滚筒轴总成设计计算,并绘制出总装图和零件图。关
