1、精选优质文档-倾情为你奉上目录1、 摘要本次毕业设计的内容是进行湖南省某教学办公楼的设计。根据“华东交通大学学院2006届建筑工程专业毕业设计任务”的要求进行,设计中应进行方案设计,拟定尺寸, 结构中一榀框架的受力及配筋的计算,基础、板、一根连续梁的计算,施工图的绘制。本次设计采用的是框架结构,共10层,全楼总高为39.6m,总建筑面积为15658m2。本次毕业设计的特点:按照毕业设计的任务书及指导书的要求,运用所学的课程,掌握房屋建筑的基本理论,基本知识,基本的设计方法,不断地提高分析问题,解决问题的能力。同时也不断提高运用计算机绘图的能力。在设计中我们力求做到:实事求是,运用公式正确无误,

2、积极搜集查阅资料,理论依据充分,计算准确;按时独立完成设计任务,使之有一定的理论价值和实用价值,将理论与实际有机的结合起来,提高我们对工程实际问题的分析能力,锻炼我们实际动手的技能,掌握房屋结构设计及施工图绘制的步骤和方法。本建筑方案应具有较好的通用性和灵活性,能满足居住的要求。通过对各种方案的设计和选择,经过比较并相互融合各自的优点,结合平、立、剖面的组合设计,以求达到最佳的设计方案,其建筑设计新颖,结构合理、使用方便、施工可行。建筑设计满足以下的要求:(1)满足建筑功能要求(2)采用合理的技术措施(3)具有良好的经济效果(4)考虑建筑美观要求(5)符合总体规划要求。在设计中对楼的功能做综合

3、分析,以便达到最合理的空间组合,使其满足要求。办公楼是公共建筑,其规范要求比较严格,能体现处建筑和结构设计的很多重要的方面,选择办公楼建筑和结构设计,从而掌握办公楼设计的基本原理,妥善解决其功能关系,满足使用要求。框架结构的研究,对于建筑的荷载情况,分析其受力,采用不同的方法分别计算出各种荷载作用下的弯矩、剪力、轴力,然后进行内力组合,挑选出最不利的内力组合进行截面的承载力计算,保证结构有足够的强度和稳定性。在对竖向荷载的计算种采用了弯矩分配法,对水平荷载采用了D值法,对钢筋混凝土构件的受力性能,受弯构件的正截面和斜截面计算都有应用。本结构计算选用一榀框架为计算单元,采用手算的简化计算方法,其

4、中计算框架在竖向荷载下的内力时使用的弯距二次分配法,不但使计算结果较为合理,而且计算量较小,是一种不错的手算方法。本设计主要通过工程实例来强化大学期间所学的知识,建立一个完整的设计知识体系,了解设计总过程,通过查阅大量的相关设计资料,提高自己的动手能力。这次设计是在结构教研室各位老师的悉心指导下完成的,在此向你们表示衷心的感谢!鉴于水平有限,设计书中还存在不少缺点甚至错误,敬请老师批评和指正。关键字:教学办公楼、建筑、结构、设计 。AbstractThe graduation design content is a building of hunan.
