The night scene of the lake was so beautiful that we didnt want to come back at all.2. She is so intelligent a girl that all of us admire her.3. There were so

Such is the influence of TV that it can make a person famous overnight.【自我归纳】含义用法结构例句so . that .1. _so修饰形容词或副词，that从句为结果状语从句，在口语中，that有时省略so + 形容词/副词 + that .2. _so + 形容词 + a / an + 名词 + that从句2so + many / much / few / little + 名词 + that从句3such
4、.that .such为形容词，用来修饰3. _，that从句为结果状语从句，在口语中，that有时省略such + a / an + 形容词 + 名词 + that从句4such + 形容词 + 不可数名词 / 复数名词 + that从句4. _ 在这两种句型中出现单数可数名词，且该名词前有形容词修饰时，二者可以进行句型转换。如：This was such a boring speech that I didnt like listening to it. = This was so boring a speech that I didnt like listening to it. 若so
5、 + 形容词/副词位于句首时，引起主谓语倒装(如句5)。当such（作代词且在句中作表语）位于句首时，引起主谓语倒装(如句8)。【注意】1. so that引导状语从句时，既可表示结果，也可表示目的，表示目的时(so that = in order that)，that从句中常含有情态动词。如：My sister had not planned her time well, so that she did not finish her work on time.（that从句表结果）I spend more time learning German every day so that I ca
6、n make greater progress this year. （that从句表目的）2. 含有so . as to, such . as to, . enough to, too . to等结构表示结果的句子还可以转化为含结果状语从句的复合句。如：The house is so high and narrow as to resemble a tower.= The house is so high and narrow that it resembles a tower.He is such a modest man as to be liked by us all.= He is
