(设计意图：先要求学生看题,然后带着问题读课文。通过给学生充足的阅读教材的时间，自学教材，积极思考，使其进入自己解决问题的思维过程。这些问题比较有代表性,这些问题的解决有助于学生掌握文章的主旨。)Step2. Careful Read
