1、摘要生态退化、自然资源的浪费与枯竭、耕地的减少与抛荒等等这些在城市化发展过程中凸显出的生态问题都表明了一个问题,即城市的城镇化发展与自然资源的消耗是互相矛盾的两个方面,自然资源的承载能力制约着城镇化的发展。2014年,国家发布了文件国家新型城镇化规划(2014-2020年),在文件中明确规定,城镇化的空间布局模式和城镇的规模结构大小都必须依据当地资源环境的可承载能力和生态环境的可承载能力来进行合理的构建和优化,因此,对城市空间的承载能力研究有利于健康合理的规制城镇化的发展。城市公园作为城市空间布局的一个重要部分,对其承载能力的研究有助于判断其和城市发展需求的匹配度,有助于合理的构建健康的城镇化

2、空间布局,也能够为城市公园的开发、建设和管理提供理论依据。本次研究在综述了国内外有关承载力研究的相关经验和成果的基础上,选取综合评价法和生态系统服务评价法对庐州公园的承载力状况进行研究。选取构建了庐州公园的承载力评价指标体系,从生态承载、空间承载、设施承载、社会承载和生态系统服务方面对公园的承载能力进行研究和评价,研究的结果如下:庐州公园的日承载力为14497人次,年承载力约为1203251人次,承载率为0.58;公园的生态系统服务总价值量为15471.31万元人民币,每公顷的生态系统服务价值量为483.48万元人民币。研究结果表明庐州公园的承载能力在正常负荷范围之内,对其影响较大的因素是空间

3、和设施两方面;公园的单位面积生态系统服务价值量占单位面积国内生产总值的5.88%,对的生态经济发展有一定的促进作用。针对庐州公园承载力的研究结果,从设施、建设和管理三方面对庐州公园的承载力发展提出调控建议,从公园建设发展和生态保育方面对庐州公园的生态系统服务功能方面提出建议与改进措施,促进庐州公园生态游览与社会经济的发展的协调性,为城市公园的健康有序发展提供参考依据,有利于更好的构建健康化的城镇空间布局。关键词:庐州公园;承载力研究;生态系统服务功能评估AbstractEcological degradation, the waste of natural resources and drie

7、the urban spatial layout, the research on the carrying capacity of urban parks is helpful to judge the matching degree between them and the demands of urban development, to reasonably build a healthy urbanization spatial layout, and to provide theoretical basis for the development, construction and

8、management of urban parks.On the basis of summarizing the experiences and achievements of the research on the carrying capacity at home and abroad, the comprehensive evaluation method and the ecosystem service evaluation method were selected to study the carrying capacity of luzhou park in hefei cit

9、y. The carrying capacity evaluation index system of luzhou park in hefei city is constructed, and the carrying capacity of the park is studied and evaluated from the aspects of ecological carrying capacity, spatial carrying capacity, facility carrying capacity, social carrying capacity and ecosystem

10、 services. The research results are as follows:The daily carrying capacity of luzhou park is 14,497, and the annual carrying capacity is about 1203,251, and the carrying capacity is 0.58. The total value of ecosystem services in the park is RMB 154,713,100 yuan, and the value of ecosystem services p

11、er hectare is RMB 4,834,800 yuan. The results show that the carrying capacity of luzhou park in hefei city is within the range of normal load. The value of ecosystem services per unit area of the park accounts for 5.88% of the GDP per unit area of hefei, which plays a certain role in promoting the e
