1、毕业设计说明书(论文)缩写稿从“民工荒”现象看中小型企业人力资源激励机制管理摘要本文主要以中小型企业为主,结合东部沿海地区多省出现的“民工荒”现象 研究人力资源激励机制管理,发现在东部沿海地区的中小型企业明显存在着对民 工歧视及不公平待遇等的问题,为此本文首先阐述企业人力资源激励机制管理的 相关理论知识,然后分析民工的特点和状况,最后得出人力资源的薪酬、福利、 绩效等多方面激励机制可以缓解中小型企业与民工之间的矛盾,实现双赢。关键词:人力资源激励机制管理,薪酬,福利,绩效(这段不用翻译,下面已有, 供参考)Exploring the Management of Human Resources

3、l areas) It is found that lots of problems, such discrimination against migrant workers and unfair treatment exist in small and medium enterprises in the eastern coastal areas. Therefore, in this study, some related theories concerning the management of human resources incentives will be first illus

4、trated, followed by analyzing the characteristics and status of migrant workers. Finally, it will provide some examples of incentives, including salaries, benefits, performance, etc, so that the tension between small and medium enterprises and migrant workers will be relieved, which will be expected

5、 to a win-win situation.KEY WORDS: the management of human resources incentives, salaries, benefits, performance1 绪论 Intorduction随着我国经济的飞速发展,中小型企业如雨后春笋(bamboo shoots after a spring rain)不断涌出,“民工荒”现象渐渐在东部沿海地区出现。同时,民工 意识到中小型企业并不是很可靠,过低的工资待遇(salary and conditions )和一些歧 视行为让他们丧失工作的热情和兴趣。With the rapid d

7、s and discrimination.当前中小型企业无论是在完整性的体系方面还是在科学性的手段方面都与 激烈的市场竞争和现代企业的制度有很大的差距:人力资源激励机制手段单一; 缺乏对民工需求的分析,对所有人采取同样的激励手段;中小型企业的绩效管理 并没有充分起到杠杆作用。本文将通过文献研究法对人力资源激励机制进行了 解,搜集有关人力资源激励机制管理的一些资料,探究如何完善人力资源激励机 制管理的基本思路,从而确保民工享有城市人口的同等权利。The present situation which is now being confronted with the small and mediu
