1、公司经营风险识别与评估摘 要：随着公司现代化、国际化、多元化经营战略的推进， 公司面临的风险因素不断增加。 本课题系统地分析了引发公司经营风险的外部环境因素和内部经营因素， 从战略风险、市场 风险、运营风险、财务风险和法律风险对公司经营风险进行了识别和分析， 提出了经营风险 评估的方法和路径，重点研究了审计调查法在公司经营风险识别和评估中的应用， 并以审计 调查法为基本方法对公司经营风险进行了实证分析和评估， 揭示出公司经营风险重点区域及 其发展趋势。实证评估结果显示：各网省公司风险发生频率和影响程度差距较大， 反映出各单位风险 管理水平不一；营销管理风险、工程及资产管理风险、资金管理风险、担
2、保风险等是发生频 率较高、影响较大的风险类别；总体上看，公司经营风险呈逐年下降趋势，但大部分风险的 影响程度仍在 4 级以上，风险发生概率也较高。 公司发展面临的外部环境日趋复杂， 需要继 续加强全面风险管理。关键词：经营风险；识别；评估；审计调查法 课题负责人：张爱红课题组成员：张爱红郑厚清 李有华叶明王学亮Risk identification and assessment of SGCCAbstract: The project conducted a systematic analysis as to the external environmental and internal op
3、erational factors facing SGCC, reveled major risk resources and main risks, i.e., strategic risks, market risks, operational risks, financial risks and regulation risks, sub-risks were revealed and analyzed.The project constructed the basic methods and main steps about risk identification and assess
4、ment, focused on the application of audit investigation method. Practical analysis and assessment was conducted utilizing the audit investigation method, key risk area and its trends were revealed.The practical assessment revealed that: the risk frequency and impact in each sub-grid company varied s
5、ignificantly, reflecting the uneven risk management level. Marketing risks, asset and construction project management risks, fund management risks, hypothecating risks are the main risks influencing SGCC. Overall risk level showed a downward trend, however the impact of the majority risks is above level 4 and the risk probability is high, suggesting an all-around risk management needed to enhance the risk management in SGCC.Key words: risk identification; risk assessment; audit investigation method
