(8) no permit to work and the job in accordance with the provisions, on the job unit fined 300 yuan, the unit will charge15吨/小时废水降膜蒸发器 摘 要:蒸发浓缩结晶技术是工业中极其重视的一类化工技术,它具有高效节能环保的优点,同时又是企业减少能源消耗、降低生产成本的重要手段。其中用蒸发系统自身产生的二次蒸汽及其能量,经蒸汽压缩机压缩做功,提升二次蒸汽的热能,如此循环向蒸发系统供热,从而减少对外界能源的需求的一项节能

8、技术机械式蒸汽再压缩技术是作为较多采用的一种技术。其技术目标:一方面对废水进行低温节能蒸发,回收盐分,降低能源消耗;另一方面利用自身产生的二次蒸汽作为热源维持系统的热平衡工作。本文主要研究15吨废水降膜蒸发器的整体设计。主要设计内容:(1) 降膜蒸发器传热工艺设计:根据给定的设计参数,进行物料衡算、换热面积、管数、校核传热系数等的计算。(2) 强度计算以及结构设计:主要是设计降膜蒸发器的总体结构及各零部件(如接管、法兰、折流板、定距管、管箱、支座等),包括:材料的选择、具体尺寸确定、管板的计算校核、壳体法兰的计算、开孔补强计算、拉杆的结构形式等。(3) 绘制降膜蒸发器CAD总装图、装配图及若干

9、关键零部件CAD图。设计结果表明:(1)此次设计的降膜蒸发器的压降管、壳程分别为8.6 kPa和2.9 kPa所以具有压降小的特点;(2)蒸发器的传热系数为1596.2,具有蒸发能力高、节能降耗、运行费用低、压降小、效率高等特点;(3)加热室的公称直径为1600mm,厚度为14mm,分离室的公称直径为1600mm,高度为2.5mm,厚度为14mm;(4)设备结构简单、便于加工制造。关键词: 降膜蒸发器;热力计算;结构设计;强度校核;节能。I15 t/h Wastewater Falling Film Evaporator Abstract: Evaporating crystallizatio

10、n technology is extremely importance to a class of chemical technology in the industry, it has the advantages of high efficiency and saving energy, it can also make enterprises reduce energy consumption and cost. An energy saving technique scheme of mechanical vapor recompression has been developed

11、for the evaporation and concentration of high salinity wastewater. Its technical goals: on the one hand to low temperature energy-saving evaporation of waste water, recycling salt, reduce energy consumption; On the other hand to use itself to produce secondary steam as heat source of maintaining the

12、 system heat balance work. This paper mainly studies the integral design of the falling film evaporator 15 tons of waste water. (1) The heat transfer calculation of effect falling film evaporator was carried out. According to the given design parameters, heat exchanging area, the number of the pipe,

13、 pressure drop and check the heat transfer coefficient were calculated.(2) The structural design and strength calculation. The overall structure and parts of falling film evaporator, such as, tube sheets, pipe nozzles, flanges, baffle plates, pipe spacers, headers, supports and so on, including sele

14、cting materials, determining the specific sizes, determining the specific location, calculating and checking tube sheets, calculating shell flanges, calculating opening reinforcement and so on were mainly designed. (3) The general assembly CAD drawing, assembly drawing and key parts CAD drawings had

15、 been finished.The design results show that this falling film evaporator has low pressure drops. Tube side pressure drop is 8.6 kPa, shell side pressure drop is 2.9 kPa. The heat transfer coefficient of evaporator is 1596.2W/(m2). It has several benefit of high evaporation capacity, energy saving and consumption reducing, low pressure drop and high efficiency. Heating chamber is 14 mm thick and 9293 mm high with the nominal diameter of 1900 mm. Separation chamber is also 14
