1、StaffRulesandRegulationsRadioCarsAshtonLtdThereasonsfordevelopingthisServiceAgreementistoallowguidance,complianceandfullunderstandingofalloperatingproceduresenablingandensuringthatallpartiesconcernedhaveclearandfairdirectionintheinterpretationoftheRulesandRegulationsofthebusiness.TheCompanyoperatesa

2、ndimplementsthefollowingconditions,operationsandprocedures:?EQUALOPPORTUNITY?HEALTHANDSAFETY?DISCIPLINARY&GRIEVANCEPROCEDURESPersonalandPersonnelRecordsTheGovernmentguidelinesindicatethattheCompanymustkeeppersonalandpersonnelrecordsinaccordancewithDataProtectionrulings.RecordsofboththeCompanyandtheO

3、wnermaybeopenforinspectionbytheInlandRevenue.EqualOpportunityStatementByLawandlegislation,theCompanymustcomplyineverymannerwithEqualOpportunitiestoensurefairaccessispracticedforallemployees,sub-contractorsanddrivers.Thedocumentisstoredintheshareddocumentsfolderlocatedonthedesktopofeveryworkstation.H

4、ealthandSafetyStatementoftheLocaloftheLocalItistheresponsibilityoftheCompanyandemployeestoensurethattheCompanyHealthandSafetypolicyproceduresandapplicationsaremaintainedandupdatedinaccordancewithGovernmentandLocalExecutiverecommendationsfolderlocatedonthefolderlocatedonthefolderlocatedAuthority.Thed

8、fficientmeansofandmanagement.Employeesshouldensuretheychecktheirinboxatthecommencementofeachshiftandreplypromptlytoanymessages.Whilstthisaccountisnotrestrictedtobusinessuse,youshouldbeawarethatshouldyouleavetheCompanysemploytheaddressallocatedtoyoumaybecloseddowntoensuresecurityandconfidentiality.In

9、ternetaccessisintendedforbusinessuseonly.Employeesshouldnotaccesschatroomorgamingsitesastheadware/malwarecontainedonthosesitescanseriouslyimpedethecomputersystem.PoliticalReligiousActivityUndernocircumstancesmustanystaffmemberparticipateorencouragepoliticalorreligiousactivitywhilstonCompanypremiseso

10、rundertakingactivitiesonbehalfoftheCompany.DressandMannercustomerpersonalcustomerpersonalTheexpectationisthateveryrepresentativeoftheCompanywillpresentthemselvesinanappropriatemannertomeetwithemployer,colleagueandexpectations.Acasualdresscodeisacceptablebutbusinessimage,hygieneandinoffensivedresssen

11、seshouldbepriority.PersonalHarassmentAsanemployer,itistheCompanysresponsibilitytobullying,harassment,intimidationandthreateningorincidencesofsuchwillbereportedtothemanagementandtheCompanyAsanemployer,itistheCompanysresponsibilitytobullying,harassment,intimidationandthreateningorincidencesofsuchwillb

12、ereportedtothemanagementandtheCompanyprotectitsaggressiveemployeesbehaviour.fromAnysgrievancebyprocedureswillbeactivated.Ifyouarethevictimofminorormoreseriousincidentsofharassment,whilstonCompanypremises,orwhilstinvolvedinCompanyactivities,itisyourrighttobringittotheattentionofthemanager.Investigati

13、onmanagementwillberecordedviatheCompanysGrievanceprocedures.ConfidentialityCustomer,driverandcolleagueinformationisprivateandconfidential.Undernocircumstancesshouldcontactinformationbegiventoanythirdpartieswithouttheexpresspermissionofthepersonconcerned.Ifinanydoubt,refertoJasonDeakin,SusanBintliffo

14、rtheSupervisorondutyatthetime.HandlingCashUnlessyourroleisspecificallydesignatedtobehandlingcash,anymoneyhandedinbydriversorcustomersmustbedealtwithinthefollowingmanner:?Areceiptwrittendetailingthedate,nameofpayee,amountandpurposeofpayment.Thetopcopytobehandedtothepayeeandbottomcopyretainedintherece

15、iptbook?Thecash,alongwithanotedetailingasabove,placedinacashbagandeitherhandeddirectlytoSueDawson,SueBintlifforJasonDeakin.IfnoneoftheseareavailablethenthemoneyshouldbeplacedinthedrawerofJasonsdesk.Ifyoutakeanycashouttopayforgoods/servicesonbehalfoftheCompanythenadetailednoteofthedate,amountandpurpo

16、seshouldbeplacedinthetin,alongwithanyreceiptsifavailable.LostPropertyAllitemsoflostpropertyshouldbehandeddirectlytoJasonDeakinorSueBintliff.Ifneitherisavailablethenitshouldbeputintheappropriateboxontheshelfintheupstairsbookingoffice.AnyenquiriesregardinglostpropertyshouldbecarefullynotedandpassedtoJasonDeakin.Noconfirmationtothecallers
