My /Her /His birthday is 并掌握日期的表达方式,提高学生用英语交际的能力 2.Process and teaching methods(过程与方法):采用Practicing. Listening. Reading和Role

2、 playing的学习策略,利用日历牌或制作多媒体课件展开课堂Pair work. Group work的口语交际活动,问生日,记日期。3.Moral Objects(情感态度与价值观):通过互问对方生日,增进同学之间的了解和友善。Teaching Key points(教学重点):学习并掌握词汇:when, birthday, month, January.December, second. twentieth, date, happy, Happy birthday!学习并掌握句型:When is your birthday? B: My birthday is.Teaching procedure(教学过程): Step One : Greetings and warming up ( The teacher comes into the classroom with a calendar )1.T: Lets sing the Good morning song. ( Sing the song together) 2.T: Revise the numbers from 1 to 31 by countin

5、g the students in class. Ask the students to count the students together。 1. Show them the calendar, and ask “ Whats the date today?” and help the student answer “ Its December 5th.” By looking at the calendar. Tell them the more dates with the calendar. 2. Ask a boy “ When is your birthday ?” and h

6、elp him with Chinese . He can speak the date in Chinese .Then let him repeat in English. 3. Notice the dates , and write the question and the answer on the blackboard . 4. Teach the dates words and write them on the blackboard like : January 1st February 2nd March 3rd . And let them to repeat the wo

Memory challenge: let the students work in groups, three or four students a group. Ask the groups to make a list of the new words that shows in the picture 1a to see which group

9、has the most words. 4. Make the students copy some new words that they are interested in the books.Step 3 Practice1.老师随意点一些学生,让他们互相询问生日时间及年龄。操练以上句型。2. Show the target language on the screen so that the students can see them clearly.3. Repeat the target language. The students read after the teacher.4
