In order to prepare ourselves for this growth we must have a consistent Management Structure that is supported by Training

9、gram, an assistant manager will be promoted to Receiving Manager. They will remain in this position until they have demonstrated the necessary knowledge and leadership abilities to be promoted to the next level in the career path (Operations Manager). All promotion decisions will be by the club GM a
