1、 年产产六千吨吨酱油工工厂初步步设计中 文 摘 要要酱油始创创于我国国,至今今已有22 0000多年年的历史史。它以以营养丰丰富、风风味优良良而成为为国际、国内市市场上不不可缺少少的调味味品。本设计说说明书主主要是关关于年产产60000吨的的酱油工工厂设计计的具体体内容。对酱油油酿造的的相关工工艺、技技术和设设备做了了较详细细的研究究。主要要包括以以下方面面：1. 酱油生产产发酵工工艺采用用低盐固固态发酵酵工艺。符合多多种微生生物酶的的作用条条件的一一种科学学、合理理的生产产工艺。酱酿的的酿造过过程,就就是充分分发挥有有益微生生物的作作用,促促进生产产原料主主要成分分的分解解,促进进各种风风味
