4、大众创业，万众创新”的号召以及“一带一路”政策的推进下，我国的外贸企业逐渐增多，对外贸易份额也逐步增长。与此同时，在国际竞争日益激烈的市场大环境下，中小企业在外贸业务的交易过程中存在着诸多问题。如何加强对隐形成本的管控，如何推行全面风险管理已经成为外贸企业面临的新议题。本文通过对睿柏贸易有限公司的外贸业务风险管理研究来解决中小外贸企业（特别是衣帽出口企业）如何去识别外贸风险，同时进行分析和管控，以及如何构建全面风险管控体系等问题。本研究首先以流程图的方式对其业务流程进行详细的阐述；其次通过半结构化访谈以及WBS工作分解法对其业务流程中的风险因素进行识别，并构建风险因素指标体系；继而通过AHP层
5、次分析法进行风险分析，得出各风险因素的权重排序，研究表明生产环节、销售环节以及物流环节所占比重较高，特别是采购风险、产品品质风险、货物损坏灭失风险以及客户资信风险需高度重视；最后本文根据分析结果制定风险应对措施及方法，同时运用风险控制矩阵来实现对睿柏贸易有限公司的全面风险管控。本研究的成果能帮助睿柏贸易有限公司对其外贸风险进行有效的识别、分析及管控，有效减少风险损失；同时可对其他中小企业建立外贸业务风险管理体系给与指引和借鉴。关键词：风险管理 外贸业务 半结构化访谈 WBS工作分解法 层次分析法 风险控制矩阵Research on the Risk Management of Foreign
6、Trade Business Abstract Under the call of ”Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation”and the policy of “One Belt and One Road”,the number of Chinas foreign trade enterprises is increasing gradually,and foreign trade share is also growing constantly.At the same time,In the increasingly fierce competition
7、market environment, there are many problems in the trading process of small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises.So that how to strengthen the control of hidden cost and how to carry out comprehensive risk management has become the new issues in foreign trade enterprises.The article intends to
8、 use the study about foreign trade business risk management of Rainbow Trading Co., LTD to solve problems that how do small and medium foreign trade enterprises (especially garment and cap exporters) identify,analysis and control the risks of foreign trade and how to establish a comprehensive risk m
9、anagement system.This study first elaborates its business process with flow chart.Secondly, with semi-structured interview and WBS, the risk factors of the business process are identified and the index system of risk factors is built.Then, the article uses AHP to analyze risk factors to get the weig
10、hts of various risk factors.The article has shown that the proportion of production, sales and logistics link is high.In particular,purchase risk, product quality risk, the risk of loss of goods and the risk of customer credit need to be highly valued.Finally,according to the analysis results,the ar
