1、技术引进对出口贸易的影响研究南京航空航天大学硕士学位论文技术引进对出口贸易的影响研究姓名：吴启申请学位级别：硕士专业：国际贸易学指导教师：许春2011-03南京航空航天大学硕士学位论文 摘 要 随着中国技术引进规模的不断扩大，技术引进问题已逐步成为人们关注的热点。对于发展中国家来说，与发达国家之间往往存在较大技术差距，技术引进是实现技术进步的重要途径。作为发展中的贸易大国，中国的技术引进是否对出口贸易发展起到了积极的促进作用？作用的程度多大？结合我国的现状，如何利用技术引进促进出口贸易的发展？这些都是本文所要解决的问题。 本文结合比较优势理论与日本经济学家斋藤优的技术进步论就技术引进对出口贸易
2、的作用进行分析，并从直接影响、间接影响两个方面分析了技术引进影响出口贸易的途径。结果表明合理的引进技术，并在此基础上有效的利用引进的技术能够对出口贸易的发展起到积极的促进作用。 在理论分析的基础上，结合中国的现状，以1981年至2008年的技术引进和出口贸易数据为研究对象，利用协整理论对技术引进、技术创新与出口额、出口商品结构转换率的关系进行分析。实证结果表明：技术引进、技术创新与出口额、出口商品结构转换率之间存在协整关系，即这些变量之间存在长期稳定的比例关系。技术引进额与出口总量、出口商品结构转换率之间成正向关系，中国技术引进规模的扩大会促进出口贸易总量的增长，促进出口商品结构的优化，而当期
3、的技术创新却对出口贸易没有起到积极的促进作用，这主要是由于R&D经费支出并不能完全反映一个国家的技术创新能力。另外，当期的技术创新投入也很难在当期起到促进技术进步的作用，甚至由于当期技术创新经费的大量投入，影响到当期其他要素的投入。 总之，合理的利用技术引进能够对出口贸易的发展起到积极的促进作用，而在中国技术引进过程中仍然存在着不少的问题，阻碍着其经济贸易作用的发挥。因此，本文在理论分析的基础上，借鉴日本技术引进的成功经验，结合中国的实际情况，就如何利用技术引进促进出口贸易的发展提出政策建议。 关键词：技术引进，出口贸易，适用技术，技术扩散，协整理论 I 技术引进对出口贸易的影响研究
4、Abstract With the development of technology importation,the issue has attracted more attention.For a developing country which has the technology gap with the developed country,technology importation is an important way to realize the technical progress .Whether technology importation promoted the de
5、velopment of export trade in China which is a developing country and a big trading country?How much is the promotive action?These are the questions which I need to solve in this thesis. This thesis analyses whether technology importation affect export trade based on the theory of comparative advanta
6、ge and the theory of technical progress.If we import technology reasonablely and utilize imported technology effectively , technology importation will accelerate the development of export. Based on theoretical analysis,we use cointegration theory in order to analyse the relation between the variable
7、 related to technology importation and the variable related to export trade. Date of technology importation and export from 1981 to 2008 are used.The research indicates that there are co-integration relationship among importation of technology、technical innovation、export volume、the composition of ex
8、port commodity.That is to say,there is a long-term and stable proportionate relationship among these varibles .Importation of technology is in proportion to export volume and the composition of export commodity.The development of technology importation will promote the increasing of export volume an
9、d optimize the composition of export commodities.But the current R&D expenditure is inversely proportional to export volume and the composition of export commodity.It is chiefly because R&D expenditure can not represent the technical innovation totally.Besides this, R&D expenditure can n
10、ot affect technical progress immediately.The expenditure of the other factors may decrease due to too much expenditure in R&D. In summary,the reasonable use of technology importation will promote the development of export.There are still a lot of problems in the process of the development of tec
11、hnology import.These problems will hinder its effect of trade and economy.So the suggestion about how to use the technology importation and make it promote the development of export is proposed.These suggestion learnt form the experience of Japanese and combined with the practical conditions in Chin
