1、PEP小学英语五年级下册What are you doing?教学设计【 教学内容】Part A Lets learn【 教学目标:】(一)知识目标:1、 能听、说、读、写动词短语和-ing形式:drawing pictures, doing the dishes, cooking dinner, reading a book, answering the phone。2、能听、说、认、读句型 “What are you doing?”和其回答 “Im doing the dishes/.”, 并能在日常生活中实际运用。(二)教学重、难点:重点:掌握动词短语的-ing形式,理解主要句型 Wha

2、t are you doing ? 并能用 I am . 来做答。难点:a、如何引导同学感知、理解现在进行时所表达的含义。b、动词-ing形式的读音,特别是加-ing 之后的连读。(三)情感态度:使学生热爱劳动、热爱生活;并培养学生团结协作的意识。(四)教具准备:1、教师准备各种动词短语卡片、图片。2、教师准备锅、铲、彩笔、白纸、电话、碗碟、三个纸盒子等小道具。3、教师准备本课课件。【 教学过程:】课前等待:Lets sing an English song together.(学生跟着课件的音乐边做动作边唱)Step 1: Free talk:T: Hello, boys and girls

3、. Im glad to meet you. How are you today?Ss: Im fine, thank you. And you?T: Im very well, thanks. Im very happy to make friends with you. (走到学生中,师生简单对话)Hello, Whats your name?S1: Im.T: Glad to meet you.(与学生握手)Whats the weather like today?S2:Its sunny.T:Yes. Its a lovely day. Now, look at me. What am

4、 I doing? (打篮球)Ss:Play basketball. (适当物质奖励)T:Good! (give me five!)Play basketball. What am I doing ? (踢足球)Ss:Play football. (stickers for you)T:Yes, you did a good job! Play basketball. Now look at me. (喝水的动作)What am I doing?Ss:喝水。T: Yes, I am playing basketball, playing football and drinking water.

5、(设计思路:这一环节即是课题的导入也是现在进行时用法的感知,针对本节课的难点,即如何引导学生感知、理解现在进行时所表达的含义。同时,英语课堂教学中,评价起着不可低估的作用。建立和谐、民主、平等、互动的师生关系是激活课堂的前提。)Step 2: Warming-up and Revision(热身互动,自然导入)Lets do some exercises, OK? Listen and do some actions. Everybody stands up! (sing, dance, jump, swim, run, hop, sleep, write, read, play, liste

6、n, look, draw, drive, wash, stand, sit, walk)(设计思路:在Warm-up中通过TPR的形式回顾所学的动词,以旧带新,同时也为后面的新授、拓展做铺垫,目的就是从一开始就将学生带入动词的世界。)Step 3: Presentation and Practice (引入新知,操练巩固)T:Now Ill divide you two groups, this group is Group A, that group is Group B. Lets have a competition, OK?Ss:OK!(设计思路:适时适当的竞争奖励,可以激发学生学习

7、的更大动力。)1、教师展示动词卡片说:I can draw a tree. Now, I am drawing a tree. 边说边在白纸上画一棵树,并强调I am drawing pictures. 用彩色粉笔强调ing。鼓励同学边说边做I am drawing a tree /an apple tree/.同时教师要播放课件(内容为本课时动词图片和短语拼写,每次出一幅图和其相配的短语的英文拼写和短语的发音。)(设计思路:创设教学情境,进行愉快教学受到学生极大的欢迎,学生学习兴趣盎然,热情高涨,学习效果显著,无疑是提高学生技能的良方妙药。)T:Group A is better, one

8、apple for you! Group B, come on, OK?2、教师出示洗碗的动作卡片,同时做出洗碗的动作:T:What am I doing? Ss:Wash dishes. T:Wonderful! I am doing the dishes.(此时可作为扩展知识,告诉同学洗碗有两种表达方法,即I am doing the dishes. 或 I am washing dishes.)T:This time, Group B is better, an apple for you!3、教师拿出事先准备好的铁锅和铲子,做出炒菜的动作:T:What am I doing? Ss:C

9、ook dinner. T:Yes, I am cooking dinner.4、教师拿起一本英语书,做出看书的动作:T:What am I doing? Ss:Read a book. T:Right, youre clever! I am reading a book.(同时强调reading a book和reading books的区别。)T:Both of you are better, two apples for you! Come on!5、教师接听正在响铃的电话:T:What am I doing? Ss:Answer the phone. T:Perfect! I am a

10、nswering the phone.教师回放课件内容,同学再次跟读。同时教师询问:What are you doing? 鼓励同学说完整句,如:I am doing the dishes. I am reading a book. I am cooking dinner. 教师注意学生读动词ing 形式的读音,必要时多练习几遍,并纠正学生的发音。(设计思路:在英语课堂教学中应适时适当地利用多媒体教学设备,改变以往课堂上学生只能看黑板、听老师讲得单调教学模式。让学生更好地了解英语国家的文化和传统,使师生之间的信息交流变得丰富而生动。学生全身心地投入到课堂中去,激发学生探索知识的本能和强烈的好奇

11、心、求知欲,从而提高学习效率,使学生听、说、读、写能力得到全面提高。)Step 4: Practice1、采用多种方式,让学生熟读句型。(1) Now look at the blackboard, read after me. (one time and three times老师读一遍,学生读三遍。领读所有对话,并强调学生做动作。)(2)High and low voices. (老师小声时,学生大声;老师大声时,学生小声)(3)Work in your groups.(小组练习,所有句型)(小组比赛,学生采取自己喜欢的方式,如:领读,齐读或分角色读的形式,还可以表演对话,表演时加上一些原

12、来学过的句型;还可以运用挑战的方式展示对话)。(设计思路:采取小组合作的方式,培养学生互助合作与探究能力,整个课堂气氛很轻松、热烈,突出了学生的主体地位,调动了学生学习的主动性。)2、Play games.(1)我来做,你来猜(guess and do)一名同学从词卡中挑出一张出示给全班同学,另一名同学背对这位同学,猜一猜自身正在干什么,全班同学问:What are you doing? 猜的同学边做动作边用Im _ing 来回答。(游戏中,教师注意巩固动词短语的同时纠正发音。)(2)生活再现教师给学生提供彩笔、白纸,电话,锅、碗碟等小道具,教师问: What are you doing? 引

13、导学生边做动作边回答:I am drawing pictures/doing the dishes/cooking dinner/answering the phone/reading a book.(设计思路:遵循了游戏教学的实效性、启发性、全面性、多样性、可行性和可控性。)Step 5: Consolidation and extension (扩展活动)1、“胡乱搭配”游戏做“胡乱搭配”游戏,每名学生准备三张纸条,在三张纸条上分别写上自己的名字、正在做的动作和一个方位短语,如:Wang Lei, cooking dinner, in the desk。学生将自己的三张纸条分别放在三个盒子

14、里。每名学生任意从三个盒子里分别抽取一张纸条,根据纸条的内容说一句话,如:Wang Lei is cooking dinner in the desk. 看谁的句子最有趣。(设计思路:古人云:“授人以鱼,不如授之以渔”。教给学生正确的学习方法,培养学生的自学能力是创新教育的关键所在。)3、Sing a song:T:Now lets sing a song together. Pay attention to the melody.(两只老虎的旋律)T and Ss:Ask a question, Ask a question.What are you doing? What are you

Thats very nice.Step 6: Summary (总结)1、这节课我们学习了5个现在进行时短语和一个句型,了解了动词的-ing形式表示正在发生的动作。2、T:Lets look at the result together, Group A, one, two, three, four, five., Group B, one, two, three, four, five, six.At last, Group B is winner, lets clap for them.Step 7: Homework1、Copy phases and sentences three times.
