1、摘 要本文首先结合中国外宣工作实际,探讨了当代外宣翻译的重大作用;然后以传统翻译理论及翻译策略为基点,通过文献综述法,案例分析法及论证法对外宣翻译资料中的中式英语现象进行阐述,分析出中式英语存在于外宣翻译工作中的缘由以及因此产生的不利影响;最后根据中译英翻译理论及翻译策略,总结出适合解决政策性外宣翻译以及企业外宣翻译中出现中式英语问题的翻译策略。关键词:外宣翻译;政策性外宣翻译;企业;研究;中式英语ABSTRACTThis paper first explores the significance of external publicity in the modern China, attac

7、ement.13References.141. IntroductionSince the policy of reform and opening up was adopted over two decades ago, Chinas international communication activities have been growing. External publicity, a vital part of international communication, has been attached importance to the international communic

8、ation. With the improvement of the English education in China, the translation quality of publicity materials has been enhanced. However, problems arise when some texts though grammatically correct, are culturally incorrect or unintelligible, especially the common phenomenon of Chinglish in translat

9、ions of publicity materials. Chinglish was a distorted English and would be gradually reduced or eradicated along with the wide use of English and Chinese English learners constant examination of the English used by themselves.1The author of this paper agrees that Chinglish exerts negative influence

10、 on the quality of translations of publicity materials as well as the effect of external publicity, therefore it needs improvement. This paper studies Chinglish in Chinese-English translation by discussing its definition, causes and solutions with a large number of examples. This paper will first di

11、scuss the sense of external publicity, then the current situation of translations of publicity materials, finally,the phenomenon of Chinglish in translations of publicity materials and its translation strategies.2The sense of external publicityExternal publicity, a kind of cross-cultural communicati
