ChinaApr 201733摘要摘 要国内私家车保有量的持续上升,让担负储藏和提供成品油职责的加油站数目也水涨船高。这些日常储存成品油的加油站一般都位于离民众居住点较近的城市中心闹市地区,倘若发生泄露事故必然带来难以想象的严重

3、恶果,因此对加油站的防火级别长期都处于一等警戒状态。有鉴于此,通过不断发展的信息科学技术和物联网理念,将加油站的安全管理工作水平提升到一个新的高度,让加油站能够受到24小时无死角的高技术安全巡检系统的保护就有了很现实的意义。在全行业普及智能化信息化的现实环境下,加油站内也已经实现了加油过程的刷卡和自主,数据查询也打破了时空的限制。对储存罐体以及加油站周边区域的动态化安全监控也是智能化的最实际证明。针对加油站的安保管控模式也会因为这一套系统的设计完成和实际运行而提升到一个全新的高度,因此带有很强的范本性质。在本论文中,将重点以某军管成品油管理系统作为对象来研究这一安保系统。威胁加油站安全的各类隐

4、患已经通过对现有加油站外部环境的分析而被梳理出来。并有一系列针对这些隐患的应对措施被加以提出。具体的研究内容如下:1)以该系统的功能入手对其结构进行研究;2)全面分析现有系统的结构,并结合实践要求提出了一定的改进思路;3)对诸如视频监控,油罐体监控以及远程控制系统等多种安全巡检系统要素进行无死角设计;4)将SQL Server信息数据库和系统本身的结构功效相融合来设计数据库。论文在对两项重要的系统功能信息检索功能和用户登录功能的具体实现过程加以分析以后,就阐述了该系统软件的基本作用,并通过一致的模型建立语言搭建了软件系统的大结构,将每一个子要素的功能进行了细致化,从而实现了现有加油站安全巡检系

5、统的设计过程和实际效果。对系统的测试结果表明,这一套软件已经在用户需求标准和系统预期功能的实现问题上都达到了预期的目标,并将加油站安保管理和日常巡检的可靠性及效率水平予以了提升。关键词:加油站,安全巡检,MVC,总线技术ABSTRACTABSTRACTThe continued increase in the number of domestic private car ownership has increased the number of gas stations responsible for storing and supplying refined oil products. Th

6、ese petrol stations that store oil products on a daily basis are generally located in downtown areas that are close to the peoples residence. If leakage accidents inevitably lead to unimaginable serious consequences, the level of fire protection at gas stations is always in the first alert state. .

7、In view of this, through the continuous development of information science and technology and the idea of the Internet of Things, the safety management level of the gas station is raised to a new level, so that the gas station can be protected by a 24-hour high-tech safety inspection system without

8、dead ends. It has a very practical significance. In the industry-wide popularization of intelligent information technology, the gas station has also achieved the card relinquishment and autonomy in the refueling process, and data query has also broken the limitation of time and space. Dynamic securi

9、ty monitoring of storage tanks and surrounding areas of gas stations is also the most practical proof of intelligence. The security control mode for gas stations will also be upgraded to a new level because of the design and actual operation of this system, and therefore it has a strong model nature

10、.In this paper, the security system will be studied focusing on a refined product management system. Various types of hidden dangers that threaten the safety of gas stations have been sorted out by analyzing the external environment of existing gas stations. And a series of countermeasures against t

11、hese hidden dangers were put forward. The specific research content is as follows:1) Start with the function of the system to study its structure;2) Analyze the structure of the existing system comprehensively, and put forward some improvement ideas in light of practical requirements;3) No dead angl

12、e design for various safety inspection system elements such as video surveillance, oil tank monitoring and remote control systems;4) Design the database by combining the structural efficiency of the SQL Server information database and the system itself.After analyzing the specific implementation pro

13、cess of two important system functionsinformation retrieval function and user login function, the paper expounds the basic role of the system software and builds a large structure of the software system through a consistent model building language. The function of each sub-element was meticulously r

14、efined, thus realizing the design process and actual effect of the existing gas station safety inspection system.The test results of the system show that this set of software has reached the expected goals in the implementation of user demand criteria and expected function of the system, and has imp
