3、护和提高公安民警的心理健康，必须有针对性地对公安民警开展心理危机干预。由于我国心理危机的理论和实践起步较晚,存在着公安民警心理危机干预体系不完善的问题。在现今公安民警所必须面对的情况中，严峻的社会治安形势、繁重的工作强度使得民警承受着不同于常人的心理危机与压力，民警的心理危机干预问题应该得到重视。本文是在了解国内目前开展的公安民警心理危机干预现状的基础上，对公安民警心理危机干预体系的构建进行了初步探讨，对目前没有形成体系的公安民警心理危机干预工作进行了细化，明确现阶段急需构建完整干预体系的现实性、重要性和紧迫性，并针对现阶段公安民警心理危机干预这一课题没有形成统一认识的现状阐述了重要设想，认为
4、有必要构建公安民警心理危机干预体系，制定各级突发事件中公安民警心理危机干预构架和中长期持续干预方案，并为其适时提供组织体系、人员技术、政策法规、社会支持等软硬件资源保障。针对构建民警心理危机干预体系提出可行性建议，并提出关于体制、制度、运行模式的意见，以供决策者参考。关键词：公安民警心理健康，心理危机干预，体系构建ABSTRACTWith the rapid development of society, the increasingly heavy public security work, the public security police in the phenomenon of ps
