2、目的大部分都是在成本超支、工期延长的情况下完成的。因此，如何在目标成本内或以最低成本，在规定的时间里完成能够满足要求的项目建设，是当前工程建设活动中需要关注的重要问题。 本文在对各种成本控制理论进行比较研究的基础上，从项目施工的全过程出发，对施工成本构成要素进行分析、研究，对成本控制的关键环节进行剖析、并提出相应的对策，以提施工成本控制的水平，革新成本控制的理念和思维，为推动建筑业的健康发展做出一定的贡献。论文引入价值工程等理论和工程实例，结合企业成本控制工作的实践，探索了影响项目施工各阶段成本的因素，研究了施工各阶段成本控制的方法，提出了通过成本的优化控制，实现施工成本的节约的想法。 在我国
3、建筑工程领域，没有规范的成本管理思想，技术与经济分离，再加上管理方法和手段的落后，在整个工程建设活动中，普遍忽视工程建设项目前期准备工作阶段成本控制，把成本控制主要阶段放在现场施工阶段，只重视事中控制，不注重事前和事后控制，难以有效地控制工程成本。本论文完整的项目施工全过程成本控制研究可以解决以上问题。关键词：费用构成、成本控制、优化、价值工程Construction project cost structure and the study of the method of cost controlAbstract：In the 21st century, with Chinas access
