1、独立式老年人公寓居住空间设计研究-硕士毕业论文 西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文独立式老年人公寓居住空间设计研究 专 业:建筑设计及其理论 研 究 生:汪俊旭 指导教师:李志民教授 摘 要 我国的养老形势非常严峻。我国不仅已经在 20世纪末迈入了老年社会,而且自 21世纪以来老年人口正以每年 3.2%的速度攀升,老龄化来势凶猛。有关专家预测,到了 2050年,我国老年人口数量将会达到全国人口的 28%,超过 4亿。此时的中国成为老年人口大国,居世界之昀。 如此数量的老人对于环境,居住模式都会带来新的要求与挑战。 高速增长的人口,日益增大的家庭养老负担都对养老形式提出了新的要求。传统的家庭养老和单一
2、的社会养老都无法为老年人提供适宜的养老环境,两者结合才是符合国情的需要。独立式老年人公寓模式作为个人养老和社会服务的结合体目前在我国推广较少,基本属于新事物。而在国外已经较为普遍。它是主要集合自理老人居住的建筑,平面公寓化,每个单元为老人提供很高的独立居住空间,加入了无障碍设计。此外老人生活自养为主,同时可以享受社区的服务。 本文首先通过对独立式老年人公寓的实际项目方案设计的阐述,提出设计上碰到的相关理论的不足、以及空间设计缺乏指导的问题。由此引出接下来的相关研究。然后文章以目前老年公寓为主要研究对象,对其环境、服务设施、空间组成,居住使用等方面进行了深入的调查研究,总结了老年人的生理、心理特
3、征和生活行为特点,并研究其对建筑设计上的需求,同时发现目前公寓与住宅上存在的问题及可以利用的地方,为后面的居住空间设计提供现实依据。之后围绕居住空间这个核心部分,从适老性、无障碍和可调节性三个方面进行设计探讨,分别研究了单人间和多人间里起居室、卧室、卫生间及阳台等居住空间的设计。昀后反思清凉山老年公寓的居住空间设计,依据之前的研究内容对其提出改进方案。对独立式老年人公寓的居住空间设计做了深化和引导。 关键词:独立式,老年公寓,居住空间,自理老人,可调节性西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 Freestanding Senile Apartment Living Space Design Resear
