4、sObligationsa)PartyAshallintroducetoPartyBthelaws，decreesandrelevantregulationsenactedbytheChinesegovernment，thePartyAworksystemandregulationsconcerningadministrationofforeignexperts.b)PartyAshallconductdirection，supervisionandevaluationofPartyBswork.c)PartyAshallprovidePartyBwithnecessaryworkingand
5、livingconditions.d)PartyAshallpayPartyBssalaryregularlybythemonth.8.PartyBsObligations:a)PartyBshallobservethelaws，decreesandrelevantregulationsenactedbytheChinesegovernmentandshallnotinterfereinChinasinternalaffairs.b)PartyBshallobservePartyAsworksystemandregulationsconcerningadministrationofforeig
6、nexpertsandshallacceptPartyAsarrangement，direction，supervisionandevaluationinregardtohis/herwork.WithoutPartyAswrittenconsent，PartyBshallnotrenderserviceelsewhereorholdconcurrentlyanypostunrelatedtotheworkagreedonwithPartyA.c)PartyBshallcompletethetasksagreedonscheduleandguaranteethequalityofwork.d)
7、PartyBshallrespectChinasreligiouspolicy，andshallnotconductreligiousactivitiesincompatiblewiththestatusofanexpert.e)PartyBshallobserveChinassecuritystipulationsabouttherelevanttechnologyandresearch，andshallnotconductanyactivitiesincompatiblewiththestatusofanexpert.f)PartyBshallrespecttheChinesepeople
8、smoralstandardsandcustoms.9.Therightofproduction，includingthecopyrightofpaper，patentsetc.baseduponthecontractworkbelongstoPartyA.PartyBisentitledtotherewardpolicyorpublicationinplaceatPartyA.Publicationinrefereedjournalsishighlyencouraged.PartBshouldacknowledgetheFellowshipasfollows:supportedbytheCA
9、SResearchFellowshipforInternationalYoungResearchers(moredetailsrefertotheattachedagreementontherightofproduction)1.PartyBwillenjoytheofficialholidaysinChinaduringthecontractperiod.Inaddition，PartBwillbeentitledtoholidaysnotexceeding5days，basedonhis/herdomesticcountryscustom.11.Writtenapplicationispr
10、erequisiteforabsencefromduty，forsickabsencetheapplicationshallbepresentedwithprooffromhospital.Paymentduringsicknessabsencewithin1daysisissuedatnormalrate.IfthePartyBisunabletocontinuetheemploymentduetohealthproblem，thecontractcanbeterminatedonbasisofnegotiationonmeritsofeachcase.12.Revision，Cancell
11、ationandTerminationoftheContract:a)Bothpartiesshouldabidebythecontractandshouldrefrainfromrevising，canceling，orterminatingthecontractwithoutmutualconsent.b)Thecontractcanberevised，canceled，orterminatedwithmutualconsent.Beforebothpartieshavereachedanagreement，thecontractshouldbestrictlyobserved.c)Par
12、tyAhastherighttocancelthecontractwithawrittennoticetoPartyBunderthefollowingconditions:i.PartyBdoesnotfulfillthecontractordoesnotfulfillthecontractobligationsaccordingtothetermsstipulated，andhasfailedtoamendafterPartyAhaspointeditout.ii.Accordingtothedoctorsdiagnosis，PartyBcannotresumenormalworkafte
13、racontinued3-daysickleave.d)PartyBhastherighttocancelthecontractwithawrittennoticetoPartyAunderthefollowingconditions:i.PartyAhasnotprovidedPartyBwithnecessaryworkingandlivingconditionsasstipulatedinthecontract.ii.PartyAhasnotpaidPartyBasscheduled.13.BreachPenalty:Wheneitherofthetwopartiesfailstoful
14、fillthecontractorfailstofulfillthecontractobligationsaccordingtothetermsstipulated，thatis，breaksthecontract，itmustpayabreachpenaltyofUS_(ortheequivalentinRMB￥_).IfPartyBaskstocancelthecontractduetoeventsbeyondcontrol，itshouldproducecertificationsbythedepartmentconcerned，obtainPartyAsconsent，andpayit
15、sownreturnexpenses;IfPartyBcancelsthecontractwithoutvalidreason，itshouldpayitsownreturnexpensesandpaybreachpenaltytoPartyA.IfPartyAaskstocancelthecontractduetoeventsbeyondcontrol，withtheconsentofPartyB，itshouldpayPartyBsreturnexpenses;ifPartyAcancelsthecontractwithoutvalidreason，itshouldpayPartyBsreturnexpensesandpayabreachpenaltytoPartyB.14.Theappendixesofthiscontract_
