1、摘 要可编程控制器（PLC）可编程控制器是一种工业控制计算机，是集计算机、自动控制技术和通信技术为一体的新型自动装置。它具有抗干扰能力强，价格便宜， 可靠性强，编程简单，易学易用等特点，在工业领域中有较高的易操作性，它具有编程简单，操作方便，维修容易等特点，因此PLC已在工业控制的各个领域中被广泛地使用。本文旨在用热电偶作为传感器测取油罐内温度，PLC作为控制器把热电偶采集来的温度值与给定值进行比较，从PLC的输出口输出控制信号,决定是否启动喷水系统，启动几号喷水系统为油罐降温系统，PLC输出的控制信号经过光耦电路后控制外部三相固态继电器的通断，以控制喷水降温系统的三相电机是否工作实现油料的安
