1、2023年中药益气通络方治疗气阴两虚型糖尿病视网膜病变的临床观察活血益气通络的中成药 【摘要】目的视察自拟中药益气通络方治疗气阴两虚型糖尿病视网膜病变的临床的疗效。方法将62例中医辨证为气阴两虚型的2型糖尿病视网膜病变患者随机分为两组，每组31例，比照组赐予降脂药、降压药及生物合成人胰岛素进行综合治疗，视察组仅赐予自拟中药益气通络方治疗，两组均以2周为1疗程，连续治疗3个疗程后，对两组临床疗效进行评价，并测定两组治疗前后相关生化指标的改变以评定其平安性。结果经3个疗程的治疗后，视察组总有效率为933%，比照组总有效率为767%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P005)，而视察组以上指标较治疗前无明

8、 less side effects than control group.【Key words】Diabetic retinopathy; Qiyin Deficiency; Traditional chinese medicine prescription benefiting vital energy and dredging collaterals作者单位：715100陕西省大荔县中医医院糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy，DR)是糖尿病最常见也是最严峻的微血管并发症，30%50%的糖尿病患者会并发DR，该病也是世界四大致盲疾病之一1。单纯期DR以眼底静脉扩张、微血管瘤和出血等症状为主，当病变累及黄斑，引起玻璃体积血、新生血管裂开等广泛的增殖性病变出现时，则会对视力产生明显损害，严峻者最终会因视网膜脱落和出血性青光眼导致失明2。目前西药对于DR尚无特效治疗方法，我院自2023年2月至2023年1月以中药益气通络方剂治疗气阴两虚型糖尿病视网膜病变患者31例，与采纳西药综合治疗的比照组相比，疗效相当，且副作用较小，疗效满足，现将结果报告如下。
