2、了东南西北等方位字。 东：日在木中，意思为旭日初升。旭日初升的地方就是东方。 南：“南”字的外框，是“木”字的变形。“羊”，指向的意思。即草木承受南面充足的阳光，枝叶就长得繁茂。所以，向阳处就是南方。 西：“西”字古形是鸟在巢上。即太阳西沉而鸟归巢栖息。“鸟归巢”就成了方位字“西”。 北：古代写成两人相背。宫室多坐北朝南，背面就是北面，北(背)也就成了北方的“北”。课堂导入同学们，你们会看地图吗？会辨别方向吗？今天我们将来学习一下如何用英语表示方位，如何用英语指认方向。媒体使用：可以使用指南针让学生辨认方向；多媒体出示一幅世界地图的图片，让学生观察并用英语谈论方位。一、写一写1.方向 dire
