9、compounds;cometabolism,.?-卜i?H?H?-+_从废锂离子电池和镍一金属氢化物电池混合物中回收有价金属JunminNan等提出了一种从废锂离子电池(LiBs)和镍一金属氢化物电池(LiMH)混合物中回收有价金属的新工艺.首先用特制拆除机将废电池的铁外壳拆开,分离铝物质和电解液并加热处理,拆下来的物质中的铁外壳及金属网用筛网进行分离;含有LiCoO,氧化铜,金属镍和储氢合金及它们的氧化物的粉末残渣用3mol/IH2SO4+3H2O2在70,固液质量体积比1:1.5条件下溶解5h;最后,稀土以稀土重硫酸钠形式沉淀,铜以CuSO4形式,用1OAcorgaM5640在pH一1.51.7条件下萃取,钴和镍用lmol/ICyanex272,分别在PH一5.15.3和6.36.5条件下萃取.试验结果表明,所有金属的回收率都超过94.张丽霞译自Hydrometallurgy)2006,84(1_2):758o
