3、al shall be applied to cargo tank, cargo sloptank and residual oil tank, e*cluding their outfitting.本双组分油漆的基料为SILO*IRANE，应用于货油舱、货油污油舱和货油泄放舱，不包括它们部的舾装件。Tank 舱Quantity 数量Cargo tank货油舱*Slop tank 货油污油舱*Res. oil tank 货油泄放舱*1.2 Tank coating shall be carried out after the pletion of hot work in the tanks a
4、nd adjacent areas and tank testing.在舱和舱体六面体周围火工作业完毕及检查通过以后进展特涂施工。1.3 Tank coating procedure shall be decided in accordance with the builders practice, paint manufacturers remendation and owners final approval.特涂工艺的制定要遵照施工方的惯例和涂料制造商的建议并经船东认可。1.4 Surface preparation and coating shall be carried out af
5、ter the erection and the pletion of outfitting works.外表预处理和油漆必须在上船台或下坞和舾装工作完毕以后进展。1.5 Any misapplied shop primer or other coating shall be pletely removed during the secondary surface preparation.任何误涂的车间底漆或其它油漆必须在二次除锈过程中去除。1.6 This Coating Procedure shall together with the MarineLINE Application Pro
6、cedure be the only valid documents for all parties involved in the tank coating operation.本特涂工艺结合Marine Line施工工艺作为从事本特涂作业各方的唯一有效工艺文件。1.7 The tank coating materials shall be stored, mi*ed, applied and cured in strict observance of the requirements and remendations of the coating manufacturer, the Mar
7、ineLINE Application Procedure, the Specification and this Coating Procedure.本特涂油漆的贮存、混合、涂覆和固化必须严格遵守涂料制造商的要求和建议，按照MarineLINE施工工艺、技术规格书和本特涂工艺进展。特涂工艺CARGO TANK LINING PROCEDURE第3页共31页1.8 The coating manufacturers inspection shall not relieve the builder of any of its responsibilities to follow the requ
8、irement of the Specification and this Coating Procedure.涂料制造商进展的检查不减轻船厂遵守技术说明书和特涂工艺的责任。1.9 The builder shall provide all necessary skilled labor, tools, equipment and power etc. to carry out the surface preparation, application of coating materials and curing of the coating system as specified, to a
9、ll surfaces of the cargo-, slop- and residual oil tanks.船厂需提供所有必须的熟练工人、工具、设备和动力等，按照规定对货油舱、货油污油舱和货油泄放舱的外表进展外表预处理、油漆和固化。1.10 Prior to the vessels departure from the builders premises, the coating, including all damage repairs shall be fully cured to enable immediate carriage of products as specified i
10、n the Coating Manufacturers Cargo Resistance Guide.该船离开船厂投入航行以前，包括所有修补区域在的特涂油漆必须完全固化，以确保能够立即装载涂料厂商指定的可装载围的液货。1.11 Standard safety precautions employed in tank coating operations and local laws relating to all aspects of the work to be performed inside the tanks and their environments, shall be stric
11、tly observed and followed.在舱及其周围场所施工时，严格遵守特涂作业的平安规和相关的法律法规。1.12 Dust and solvents released during tank coating operations are both no*ious and e*plosive. Consequently, proper ventilation must be provided to the tanks during all operations to keep the Low E*plosion Limit (LEL) below 10%.特涂施工中产生的粉尘和挥发
12、的溶剂是有害和致爆的，因此，在所有施工过程中必须提供恰当的通风，保持低于最低爆炸极限10%。1.13 The owners superintendents and coating manufacturers representatives shall have the right to refuse entry into the tanks or confined spaces if they suspect health or e*plosive hazards e*ist therein. The builder shall deliver to the owners superinten
13、dents a Gas Free Certificate (or similar) for the tanks that require tank lining operation.如果船东和涂料厂商技术代表认为存在安康和爆炸危险的隐患，他们可拒绝进入舱或封闭的空间。船厂要向船东提供关于特涂舱的测爆合格证书或类似文件。1.14 The builder shall be responsible for following the coating manufacturers Material Safety Data Sheets at all times. All safety related r

15、g, application of coating, inspection, installation of outfitting, curing, salt water testing, etc., shall be provided to the owners superintendents prior to the start of the tank coating operations.在特涂施工前，向船东提供一份详细的施工日程方案，容包括搭脚手、外表处理、主冲砂、油漆作业、交验、舾装件安装、固化、可溶性盐检测等。1.16 No deviations from the contents and/or data contained in the specification, the MarineLINE Applications Procedure and this Coating Procedure shall be permitted without the e*press written permissio
