15、用于变压器铁芯接地电流特征量连续实时监测的装置。一般由传感器、数据采集和处理模块、通讯限制模块等组成。4 技术要求4.1通用技术要求变压器铁芯接地电流在线监测装置的基本功能、绝缘性能、电磁兼容性能、环境性能、机械性能要求、外壳防护性能、连续通电性能、牢靠性及外观和结构等通用技术要求应满意变电设备在线监测装置通用技术规范。4.2接入平安性要求在线监测装置的接入不应变更主设备的电气联接方式、密封性能、绝缘性能及机械性能，接地引下线应保证牢靠接地，满意相应的通流实力，不应影响现场设备的平安运行。电流信号取样回路具有防止开路的爱护功能，电压信号取样回路具有防止短路的爱护功能。4.3功能要求变压器铁芯接地电流在线监测装置应满意的基本功能如下：(1) 监测装置可以通过网络连接与主站或者安装了主站通信软件的便携式工作站进行信息交换，监测装置具有按预设程序实时采集并向上一级数据服务器报送被监测设备状态数据的功能；具有接收和执行设备主管部门对其进行远程对时、参数调阅和设置吩咐的功能；(2) 监测装置具有USB等即插即用型数据交换接口，允许利用便携式工作站等设备实现历史数据的就地查询、数据分析及数据导出；(3) 变压器铁芯接地
