1、Unit 5 Do you have a soccer ball?Section B 1a-1dLearning Goals: In this lesson, the students will learn to use descriptive adjectives “interesting,boring,fun,difficult,relaxing .The Ss should master the phrases: play volleyball /basketball, watch TV, a sports collection, every day . Sentences: Lets

2、play computer games. That sounds interesting.课标:学会区别人称和动词的关系,能运用句型,进行有效交际,会综合运用语言。Teaching and learning steps:Step I. Greeting Say : Hello, how are you ?Ask the students to answer .2、Review(善习)1)Say :I have a basketball , its very nice .Do you have a basketball ? Ask some of the students to answer .

3、Then ask : Does he have a basketball ?Let the students to answer : Yes, he does . No, he doesnt. Then do some exercises.(多媒体出示题目)2)Role-play the conversation P26 2d.(设计说明:因为本节课用到上节课的句型,所以让学生有针对性地复习上一节的对话) 3. Lead in(善导,善激)(1)Show some pictures(多媒体出示一些图片,表现出boring fun ,difficult, relaxing , interesti

4、ng)Let the students guess these words .They can say the meanings in Chinese.(2)板书音标,让学生根据音标学单词。(善学)(3)Let the students read the new words together.Then read the words and look at the pictures at the same time.(4)Let the students match the words with the pictures ,finish P281a,then check the answers

5、,make sure the students can understand the meaning of these words and the spelling of these words.(习)The answers are :1. interesting _c_ 2. boring _d_ 3. fun _e_2. 4. difficult _b_ 5. relaxing _a_(设计说明:通过图片来学习这几个形容词,效果很好,学生能够通过图片记住这些生词的意思,这也是对生词课的一个很有效的复习。另外让学生看着图片说出单词和单词的拼写也可以检查学生对单词的记忆情况。)Step II.

6、 Before listening activities1、 Show the pictures(幻灯片出示一组体育运动图片) ,say “Lets play volleyball.” Help the students answer “That sounds good. ” Then ask the students to act the conversation.(善用)A: Lets play volleyball.B: That sounds good/great/interesting/fun/relaxing/boring/difficult.2、 Then show some o

7、ther pictures, ask the students say these phrases out ,“play soccer 、play basketball 、 Watch TV 、 play computer games” and practice the conversation like this : A: Lets play B: That sounds Practice the conversation in different ways .For example ,Teacher asks the students、boys ask girls、practice in

(设计说明:在这一环节中,让学生通过图片来复习一些词组和让学生学会使用描述性形容词:interesting,boring,fun,difficult,relaxing。对话的操练可以采取很多形式,师生之间,同位之间,男女之间,前位的同学问后位的同学等,尽量避免单一的操练方法。)Step III Listening (善用)1.1b Listen and check the words that you hear in 1a.Then check the answers. 2. 1c Listen again. Do you have B:No ,I dont.I have A:Well,lets play.B:That sounds .Step Homework模仿上课练习的对话,编对话。反思:本节课重点让学生掌握提建议和表达看法。本课在刚开始的时候,根据学生作业反馈的情况,让学生表演Section A的对话以及复习本单元的重点语法句型,既复习知识,又检测学生对本单元重点知识的掌握。对单词和句型的学习,采用多种形式,激发学生的学习兴趣,学生在多种形式中反复“习”,利于图片便于让学生理解单词,记忆单词,发挥学生学习的积极主动性,学前,学中,学后都对本节课的知识进行反复学习。听力进行之后,根据听力内容,结合本单元重点,让学生进行对话拓展练习,他们自己编的对话很灵活,对英语的学习积极性很高。
