1、电梯日常维护保养年度自行检查报告使 用 单 位： 设 备 代 码： 填写说明1、本报告中的检验项目、内容和要求，均依据电梯监督检验和定期检验规则曳引与强制驱动电梯（TSG T7001-2009）制定。2、本报告适用维护保养单位对曳引与强制驱动电梯的年度现场检验情况报告。3、标记说明（1）检验结论如果经检验符合要求，在“检验结论”栏中填写“合格”；对于不适用的项目，在“检验结论”栏中填写“无此项”；对于项目中要求测试数据的项目，在“备注”栏中应填写实测或者计算处理后的数据（有最大值或最小值要求的，填最大或最小数据，有范围要求的填范围。）；（2）备注有需要说明情况的项目，可在备注栏内，用简单的文字
