1、 定价权论论文：我我国大豆豆进口贸贸易的定定价权问问题研究究【中文摘摘要】在在国际大大宗农产产品贸易易中,大大豆已经经成为一一种重要要的战略略物资,它是一一种重要要的粮食食作物,同时也也是蛋白白质,饲饲料和食食用油的的重要来来源。大大豆加工工的副产产品豆粕对对我国畜畜牧业的的发展具具有极其其重要的的作用。大大豆加工工产业链链长,涵涵盖了油油脂加工工、饲料料行业、畜畜牧行业业、食品品加工业业、医药药行业、保保健品行行业等,可以说说大豆生生产在国国民经济济中有着着不可低低估的连连锁效应应。目前前,中国国大豆进进口量居居世界第第一,消消费量居居世界第第二,但但由于各各个方面面的综合合原因,中国在在大
2、豆进进口上却却没有相相应的定定价权。对对国际大大豆定价价权的深深入研究究对于合合理地制制定我国国的产业业政策,保证我我国国民民经济稳稳定、快快速、持持续增长长,具有有重要的的理论和和现实意意义。本本文综合合应用了了定性与与定量相相结合的的研究方方法,主主要从三三大板块块对我国国大豆进进口贸易易的定价价权问题题进行了了研究。首首先,从从大豆贸贸易的国国内外现现状入手手,分析析了大豆豆的世界界贸易结结构以及及中国大大豆进口口贸易的的概况。在在此基础础上建立立了定价价权缺失失的界定定指标,通过指指标对中中国大豆豆进口的的定价权权做了定定性与定定量分析析,包括括进口量量与进口口价格的的关系分分析、进进
3、口价格格的波动动幅度的的分析、大大豆进口口价格与与国际市市场价格格的动态态比价关关系分析析及格兰兰杰因果果关系检检验。通通过定量量与定性性分析可可知,中中国大豆豆进口缺缺乏定价价权。其其次,分分析了定定价权的的影响因因素并在在此基础础上对中中国缺乏乏大豆国国际定价价权的原原因进行行了详细细的解析析。定价价权的影影响因素素是比较较广泛的的,本文文主要在在对我国国大豆价价格形成成机制进进行分析析的基础础上,对对我国缺缺乏国际际大豆定定价权的的原因进进行分析析,得出出影响中中国大豆豆进口定定价权的的原因主主要有供供需失衡衡、缺乏乏定价中中心、四四大粮商商的垄断断、缺乏乏定价中中心、行行业协会会功能不
4、不完善、缺缺乏信息息系统平平台、政政策及政政府公共共服务不不到位等等。再次次,对中中国大豆豆进口如如何获得得定价权权提出了了建议。一一是要提提高国产产大豆供供给量。增增加国产产大豆的的供给量量可以扩扩大中国国在大豆豆国际贸贸易中对对国内大大豆市场场价格的的调节力力度,使使中国在在大豆的的贸易中中不再受受制于人人;二是是要加快快加强农农产品期期货市场场建设,主要表表现为加加快中国国经济发发展市场场化进程程,提高高中国农农产品期期货市场场国际化化程度、改改善中国国农产品品期货市市场的投投资者结结构加强强期货市市场与现现货市场场的结合合深度、增增强科学学性,促促进交易易规则的的规范化化和监管管体制的
