2、5002693)(3)施工现场临时用电安全技术规范(JG46-98)（4)建筑施工安全检查标准（GJ99）二、施工方案1、基坑开挖由于地质勘察资料与开挖后土层分布严重不符,造成开挖后塌方，加上距基底标高4m以上出现多处泉涌,在开挖过程中,在标高+1.0m处出现约3m厚粉土层，因此原决定基坑方式作如下修改：在原有基坑的基础上,将号集水井向沿原座标向环库路一侧向西平移1441与道路中心线平行,3集水井位移后坐标为X3707031。608 Y56。968。#井沿环库路外侧约0。4m处向南移1.m,并向西平移12m与3集水井位移后中心线重合；位移后坐标为X=370706.398 Y=166。422以错
3、开出现泉涌的位置。并在原3号集水井的西面挖出集水坑，以利于集水外排。局部根据开挖后实际情况可采用强排水或其他应急措施。 2、安全施工措施2.1、开工前必须依据施工特点、工艺流程和作业环境，在开工前进行安全技术交底和被交底人签字手续。2。2、“四口”防护严格按照安全操作规程的要求进行。进入现场人员一律要戴安全帽。2.3、配电箱采用铁皮焊制的防雨、防尘移动式电闸箱，按总配电箱、分配电箱、开关箱三级设置。总配电箱内设置总自动开关,动力和照明的线路分别设置。分配电箱、开关箱设置漏电保护器.各电闸箱内分别设置接零、保护零端子。2。4、加强施工现场用电线路、电器开关的及时检查，杜绝线路破皮漏电、碰线短路的
4、现象发生。2.、电器设备使用前应经检查有无漏电，接线是否正确。凡与绝缘要求不符者,一律禁止使用。2.6、施工现场需要存放有害、有毒、易燃、易爆物品者，应经有关部门允许,并采取相应措施。对氧气瓶、乙炔瓶要按照安全规定进行放置和防护.2。7、在挖土过程中，挖土机械由专职人员操作,并安排专职安全人员进行监护.8、在挖土过程中，地质情况由专职技术人员现场跟踪，发现问题及时处理;挖土结束后，派专人进行看护,尽可能消除隐患于萌芽状态。3、文明施工措施.1、我公司将加强施工过程管理，严格按建设单位要求，严格文明施工管理,定期组织检查。3.2坚持执行文明施工的各条标准和对工程进行文明施工定期检查、打分评比的制
