1、Unit 2 Topic 3语法总结：情态动词must与have to情态动词是一种本身有一定词义，表示说话人的情绪、态度或语气的动词，但不能单独作谓语，只能和其他动词原形构成谓语。must表示“必须”，用于肯定句、否定句或疑问句。用于否定句时，mustnt的意思是“一定不;千万别”，而不表示“不必”。We must follow the school rules.我们必须遵守学校规章。You mustnt stay here anymore.你们可不能再在这里待下去了。You mustnt play soccer on the street 大街上不准踢球。1. 表示一种推测，意为“一定是”

3、3. must 与 have to 的区别（1）must表示人主观上“必须;应当”；have to则表示客观上“必须;不 得 不”。I must go there.我必须去那儿。（我认为有必要去）I have to go there.我得去那儿。（因某事需要我不得不去）（2）must只有一种形式，并且无人称、时态和数的变化；而have to有过去式hade to和将来式will have to，其一般现在时有人称和数的变化。He must water the flowers every day.他每天必须给这些花浇水。In order to avoid failure, we had to work harder.为了避免失败，我们不得不更加努力学习。（3）用来表示否定意义时，两者有很大的不同。mustnt表示“不准;不许可;禁止”; dont have to (或have not to)表不“不必”。You mustnt smoke here.这里不许吸烟。You dont have to worry about your son.
