3、 and maintained in the Standard Generalized Markup Language(SGML). SGML - an international standard (ISO 8879-1986) - is a descriptive markup language thatdescribes a documents structure and purpose, rather than its physical appearance on a page. Due toformatting differences resulting from the use o
