1、汽车租赁合同3篇 根据中华人民共和国合同法的有关规定，按照平等互利的原那么，为明确出租方与承租方的权利义务，双方经友好协商，就车的租赁事宜达成一致意见，同意按以下条款签订本协议。 一、租赁数量：辆。 二、车辆相关资料： 车辆型号：车架号：车牌号：制造厂家： 出厂日期：发动机号： 三、租赁期限：自年月日开始，方案租赁至年月日。租赁期自车辆进入承租方指定的接收地点，经验收合格后交付承租方之日起开始计算。 四、验收地点及方法 1、交车时间：年月日 2、交车地点： 3、验收方法：有关部门检查相关手续(行车证、车辆购置附加费、车辆保险、车辆年审验证及随车工具等)以及车辆的实际状况，出租方必须保证所出租的
2、车辆手续齐全、状况良好。 五、租赁费用及结算方式 1、租赁价格：每月租赁费用人民币元，大写叁仟元整(此费用包括司机费用)。 2、结算方式：承租方在出租方车辆交付使用一个月后，付给出租方上一个月的租赁费，以后每一个月结算并付款一次，结算时应出具租赁业正规发票。 3、结算时缺乏一个月的按天(日均租赁费=月租费/.天)计算。 六、进出场及费用 出租方负责车辆的正常年审费用、保险等国家规定的车辆本身必须具有的相关手续及行车证件，负责将车辆运送至承租方指定的接收地点，费用由出租方承当。租赁结束，由出租方负责将车辆开出现场。 七、燃料、动力及维修 车辆在承租方使用期间所用的燃料(汽油、柴油)由承租方负责供

10、e personal medical insurance; 乙方有关的个人医疗及人身伤害费用，甲方不予承当; 9. in case party bs driver take sick leave or could not ensure the safety of driving, party b shall find a substitute till party a satisfied and will bear all related costs; 乙方司机如遇身体不适或其他不能平安驾驶车辆时，乙方应负责找到甲方满意的司机代替，所发生的费用由乙方承当; 10. party a shall
