1、产学研合作作论文：产学研研合作研研究生培培养模式式实现方方式多样样化研究究【中文摘要要】产学学研合作作研究生生培养模模式,是将研研究生培培养、课课题研究究和产业业需要结结合于一一体进行行研究生生培养的的模式。为为了解决决研究生生招生规规模迅速速扩大与与教育资资源缓慢慢增长之之间的矛矛盾,提高研研究生的的社会适适应性,更好的的为地方方经济建建设服务务,增强我我国的科科技竞争争力,实现科科教兴国国的目标标,产学研研合作培培养模式式在我国国研究生生教育领领域得到到广泛运运用和大大力推广广。如何优化化与完善善现有的的产学研研合作研研究生培培养模式式,使其类类型不断断丰富和和多元,满足中中国特色色社会主
2、主义现代代化建设设对各种种高层次次人才的的需求,成为摆摆在研究究生教育育工作者者面前一一个十分分现实而而重要的的研究课课题。本本研究试试图在这这些方面面作些尝尝试。文文章基于于战略管管理理论论,采用调调查研究究、文献献研究、比比较研究究和行动动研究相相结合的的方法,对国内内外产学学研合作作研究生生培养模模式的多多样化发发展进行行了回顾顾与总结结,并以广广西师范范大学生生物学学学科为例例,对产学学研合作作培养研研究生的的现状进进行了实实地调研研,在此基基础上提提出实现现我国产产学研合合作研究究生培养养模式多多样化的的对策。具具体来说说：一、对对我国产产学研合作研研究生培培养模式式进行了了详细考考
3、察,认为在在其多样样化发展展历程中中存在以以下几个个问题：政府未未能发挥挥应有的的主导作作用,企业的的主体地地位表现现不够明明显,高校的的产学研研合作机机制不健健全,中介机机构的服服务意识识比较淡淡薄。二二、以广广西师大大生物学学学科为为例,对产学学研合作作培养研研究生的的情况进进行了实实地调研研,认为影影响产学学研合作作研究生生培养模模式多样样化发展展的原因因主要为为：合作作理念不不够先进进,合作目目标不够够明确,交流互互动不够够频繁,资源不不能充分分共享,合作影影响不够够深远。三三、提出出了实现现我国产产学研合合作研究究生培养养模式多多样化的的对策。论论文从宏宏观、中中观和微微观三个个层面
