4、文卷烟仓储管理信息系统的研究和开发摘要随着烟草商业企业信息化建设的发展，在“电话订货、电子结算、网上配货、现代物流”的指导方针下，逐步建立了卷烟营销、电子结算和网上配货等信息管理系统，使得烟草商业企业的信息化应用水平达到了一个新的阶段，同时也带来了巨大的经济效益。之后，管理者们又将视线投到了信息化管理薄弱的物流仓储环节在卷烟物流配送的作业环节中，仓储作业是非常重要的环节，随着卷烟配送仓库日进出货物数量、品种的逐步增加以及客户需求日趋复杂，造成了人力资源投入增加、仓储管理难度加大、占用资金增加等诸多不利于烟草商业企业经营的因素。本文主要基于我省CX州烟草公司卷烟仓储建设项目，为卷烟仓储管理提供了
5、一种实用的解决方案。文中介绍了卷烟仓储管理系统的开发应用技术，分析了省内州（市）烟草商业企业的仓储管理现状，然后根据CX州公司仓储改造计划，重点针对仓储管理信息系统的需求分析、系统设计、系统实现和与周边系统的集成等进行了分析和研究。卷烟仓储管理信息系统实现了对储位的精细化管理，系统自动分配储位以实现货物的有序堆放；实现了相关数据的采集和自动上报，解决了系统集成的问题；先进先出的出库原则有效的解决了目前卷烟配送仓库的库存量不合理问题:库存量太大则占用了过多的流动资金并且有库存积压的风险；而库存量太小则无法满足市场的正常供应，降低了客户的满意度；兼容不同库型的管理，满足基于现有仓储条件的应用；预留
6、扩展接口，满足今后发展的需要。实践表明，卷烟仓储管理信息系统应用于仓储管理中心，实现了对库存的准确控制，加快了仓储作业流程，大大提高了烟草公司的整体运作水平，实现了物流、信息流和价值流的统一。关键词：CX州烟草公司，卷烟仓储管理信息系统，需求分析，系统设计AbstractWith the tobacco business enterprise informationization construction and development, in the telephone order, e-billing, e-rationing, modern logistics, the guidelin
