1、第六章 海洋货物运输保险单【目的要求】一、了解货运保险的一般投保程序及其相关保险金额和保险费的确定二、理解和掌握常见的保险单据并重点加强对其内容及其制作的学习。（重点、难点）一、保险单的定义和种类保险单是由保险人签发给被保险人的保险证明。另一方面，它也是规定买卖双方权利和义务的合同。保险单分为五种类型1、保险单2、保险凭证3、预约合同4、保险申明5、联合凭证二、保险单的内容1、正本保险单的份数全套保险单包括三份正本和二份副本。在正本保险单上写有“the first original”、 “the second original” 和 “ the third original”。2、发票号码填写
2、“as per invoice”或实际的发票号码。3、保单号次填写由保险公司编制保单号码4、根据被保险人的要求通常为出口商。如果信用证规定被保险人为凭指示抬头，填写“to order”。5、标记填写唛头或“as per invoice no. xxxx”，如无唛头，填写“n/m”。6、数量填写最大包装的总件数。7、被保险货物项目填写商品名称，如果所有的单据要求指明信用证号码，应在此栏中标明。8、保险金额可小写，一般按发票金额的110%投保。9、总保险金额用大写的英语字母填写，用only结尾。10、保费/费率通常不注明具体数字而分别印就“as arranged”（按协商）。有时保费栏可按信用证要
3、求填写“paid” 、“prepaid”11、装载运输工具填写“as per b/l”。海运方式下填写船名，最好再加航次。例如：“feng ning” v.9103；如中各运输有两次运输完成时，应分别填写一程船名及二程船名，中间用“/”隔开。此处可参考提单内容填制。例如：提单中一程船名为“mayflower”，二程船名为“dongfeng”则填写“mayflower/ dongfeng”。12、开航日期填写“as per b/l”，如果需要转船，填写“ via xxx”。也可根据提单签发日具体填写。按照跟单信用证500号出版物规定，也允许填写提单签发前5天之内的任何一天的日期。也可暂时不填，待
4、签发提单后再填不迟。13、承保险别至少填写一种基本险，如有附加险，也应填明。投保的险别除注明险别名称外，还应注明险别适用的文本和日期。14、勘查理赔代理人由保险公司选定，代理人的地址应详细填写。发生损失时，收货人通知其代理人进行勘查和赔款事宜。15、赔款偿付地点根据合同或信用证填写，应标明偿付货币名称。如：at london in usd。有个被信用证要求，如发生货损，赔款付给xxx公司（loss if any, pay to ?co），则在保险单赔款偿付地点栏后加注“pay to?co”。16、日期和地点保险单签发的日期应早于提单日期。签发地点一般在受益人所在地点。中 保 财 产 保 险 有
