1、XX年驻村帮扶工作总结207年驻村帮扶工作总结局的正确领导下，在市驻村办的指导下，在党委、政府及村委会的大力支持下，以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导，结实树立科学开展观，认真贯彻落实市“三次党代会”和中央、省、市有关文件精神，加强政治理论学习的同时，全身心投入社会新农村建立驻村帮扶工作，积极做好新农村建立帮扶和指导工作，获得了阶段性的成效。局党组的大力支持下，从以下几个方面，切实在实地为帮扶村村办了一些实事、好事：1、建立健全新农村建立组织。今年，驻村委会的驻村领导进展了调整，驻村工作组及时与他们联络沟通，在原来根底上，对新农村建立领导组和人员分工进展了调整，为新农村建立打下了坚实的根

4、让这个家庭难以承受。我们理解到这个情况后，及时给领导进展了汇报，并很快给该同学捐助4000元钱，解决了她家的燃眉之急。9、搞好城中村村民社会保险工作。为了从根本上解决城中村民的后顾之忧，今年主要在广阔农民中宣传社会保险的有关政策。通过召开党员干部会议，请劳动部门同志进展专题讲座，进步农民参加社会保险的意识。10、帮助搞好敬老院和幼儿园的建立。在村辖区内，积极帮助建敬老院，今年，我们驻村工作队屡次跟村里和投资商进展牵线，共同商讨建院事宜。目前，一个多功能的敬老院已经建成并开场接纳老人。为解决社区儿童入托、上幼儿园较远，接送不方便的问题，经多方努力，今年村里建起了一所投资近百万元、建筑面积近100
